My app has been frozen for an hour. Stil can't get a cab
It literally wont load. All I get is a metro taxi picture and then it never loads
It would be nice to be able to call the driver once your ride has been picked up.
tried to put phone number for verification and it won't even sent me a text or won't link to my Facebook

I did not like this app. The verification code never worked. I tried several times to get the app to operate right. I had to eventually end up calling the company directly. I would not recommend this app. It looks good, but does not work. Don't waate your data.
The absolutely worst, I also tried to use it without going through face book and app doesn't work it says same thing as othe user, verification failed, I to uninstalling this lousy app, good luck to those trying it and to those whom says it work , because it doesn't, so I have to hitch a ride else where without using metro taxi.
It's waste my time you down load and when receive a verification CODE it says verification failed tried four different times on different days same problem, I have to un install app, a waste of time

Worst taxi app ever i cant even get passed the sign up page it keeps telling me to provide a valid phone number and i do

Love it so convenient and quicker then calling.
It constantly crashes. When you enter your credit card info and book a ride, you get a 4-digit "security code" that you MUST give the driver at the end of your ride. But it doesn't tell you that you'd better remember this code, because the code and the booking DISAPPEAR from the app after the ride begins! No kidding--After you have been picked up, when you click on "Past Bookings" or "Current Bookings", all records of your booking are GONE. Easily worst app I've ever used. I am uninstalling immediately!!!
The app made me phone freeze up on 13 seperate occasions to book one taxi. Then somehow canceled my book taxi. What a joke of an app.
Won't let me order a taxi anytime but right now. Seemed useless not to let people set appointments ahead of time. If I wanted one right now I would just call one. Waste of space on my phone.
Wow phenomenal service! Yesterday i was exhausted and drained after. First, bicycling from lakewood too the red rocks venue. Well yello union and various others WOULD NOT drive me for as far as 15$ well Jake. (Not from state farm) drove me as far as i could afford, gave h a word of trust to repay the rest (which was 5 or 10$) and i have to say very. PROFESIONAL AWARE KIND & AMAZING!!! THANK YOU. I recommend this over anything.
Well this app became more a pain then ever for the people who made the app don't you fix any of the problems?..This app is so bad can't type in the street name kicks me out when trying to book a cab curb is way better i just don't like using that app because the cab is yellow cab company. I use metro more and wish this app worked better I'm going to uninstall this crap
Horrible app. You're better off just calling them yourself. Way too many glitches it's frustrating
Worst app... The GPS is messed up and sends taxi to wrong address. App crashes down for no reason and cancels trip.
The map interface don't work and never assigns a taxi for p/u. Answer your phone.
Constantly crashes, cancels trips on its own and consistently have to restart it to get the map working right. Would never recommend!!!
Took about 5 minutes for my cab to get here. I couldn't even finish my pizza in time. Really fast. He already had my dropoff address. Great app
Used to be able to see when cab was coming. Old version was way better. No wonder why Uber is running this city
The dispatchers don't send any info to drivers if they need special instructions.
Metro/ yellow taxi drivers are crooks! Customer service is terrible! If you want to get robbed then ride with metro/ yellow taxi. Dont waist your time with this company!
