METRO TRIP

Dangerously misleading in a crisis. Though useful under normal circumstances the app doesn't do a good job of notifying when the metro shuts down (such as due to weather). It keeps calculating arrivals as if the buses were still running. This can string the user along with false hope of evacuation until your phone dies, the hotels are full, and you're facing the prospect of a night on the streets.

Horrible!! Aside from a few rare instances, I have had terrible experiences with the app. The most recent was when I walked up to a bus stop one Friday with the app telling me that I had 3 minutes to wait. 10 minutes later, the app tells me that the next bus is on Monday. Apparently, the driver ignored the timetable and was flying through the route to start the weekend. Why have this app if the human factor makes it absolutely useless??? Don't waste your time!!

App was good but not sure if there is a bug with the app recently because now it keeps saying check internet connection every time I try to see the bus arrival times. I have internet connection since all of my other apps work fine. Please fix this issue.

One of my most used apps. Does a good job of letting me know when and where the bus I need will be. The bus has GPS, my phone has GPS. Sometimes there are traffic delays, but all and all this app makes riding the bus a great way to get around Houston.

I do not like the 24 hour clock. Also, it's hard to pull up a time at a stop. If you want another stop, the schedule clock goes all the way back to early morning. This is my first day using this ap, so I have a lot to learn.

The app assumes I know where I have to go to get where I want to go and that I plan less than 24 hours in advance and that I know what time to leave in order to catch the right bus that i already knew of, including routes, times, stops... sound confusing? I don't see a constructive use for this app.

Overall this app is a helpful tool for navigating the metro system. The times given are accurate, and it's a good way to familiarize yourself with the bus routes in your area.

i use this very often when working downtown. Pretty accurate and the new features are great. Great job!

This is like it was designed by kindergarten children. Here we are the 4 largest city bus line country and sad unintuitive app is flat out mockery of Houston residents. Ive seen basic tap and touch games with more sofistcation than pittful app.

I was very disappointed I got stuck stranded in the middle of the night in downtown because this app told me they had buses it time that the buses had already stopped running.

Entered beginning and ending addresses twice, to no avail. App is difficult to navigate

Does no good if the app won't pull up the address. I was better off using Google maps to find the bus route

great app but no point if you already have Google maps. make it stand out and you get 5 stars. also, let us rate drivers

I planned a trip online, but I cannot plan the same trip on this app. A complete waste of time.

Completely worthless app. If your time is worth anything call an uber or lyft.
