NOT A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE THIS APP JUST TO ACCESS YOUR OWN ACCOUNT!!! Was able to pre register the ID, the problem was with the security code. As it keeps on refreshing every 30 seconds, you don't know which security code it wants as it always says I entered incorrect information. Maybe IT'S TIME TO GO BACK TO BASICS!!! I'm not placing any star on this app at all!
Not enough info given. Seems like it only works on newer phones. A lot of times there is a notice saying device might be compromised but no further info given. Their help support is also useless. Can't provide the help needed (they themselves dont seem to know how exactly their app works as they cannot provide more info). The result is a lot of corporate users can no longer use mbos. They didnt even provide a backup incase the authenticator doesnt work
The authenticator works, that is why 3 stars. BUT I need to call the hotline to be able to get help. SOLUTION to UNABLE TO PROCEED ERROR: Tap the red error text when you encounter this error, if the error text that appear have "0020" at the end, turn off or disable the DEVELOPER mode of your device, then relaunch the app. You're welcome 🙂
Can't open the app. It says that my device may be compromised. What shall we do with this? I guess the app can't cater older Operating System versions of Android phones. Hope you would resolve this issue if you really want to push this APP. I also hope you would provide other ways for the authentication like sending codes to our email addresses / SMS like the other banks.
Unable to proceed issue! Just installed it and it wont work. Bad app. Edit: The app finally worked as it requires your smartphone to turn off the developer mode option if it's on. Wonder why it didn't just inform in the installation process to make our lives easier.
After download and opening, screen just says UNABLE TO PROCEED, device is compromised, etc. Etc. And no way to proceed. Only EXIT button. My phone is Oneplus 5T. All other apps work fine. I have more than 10GB of free space.
It makes the system complicated, while security is absoluteky important, its procees should not be this complicated, once the phone we is lost, or data corrupted or now it was locked, much is needed to retain it back. It seems all the password will become useless omce this authenticator is locked.
Worst app ever. Whenever you hit the trash can button it replaces a new authenticator id which makes hard time to contact HR to request change of ID or when you uninstalled it. Also it only accepts one device unlike Unionbank 2 or more devices can generate OTP when you authorize it. Unionbank can also have a choice to receive OTP via text and if you reinstalled the app still can generate otp again, unlike this trash metrobank authenticator you can do nothing.
No update? Last update is 2019. Still the issue of the other users not fix. Not recommended to use this app. I also tried it, very hussle to use.
Extremely useless app, ypu cannot reinstall or change phone after you install this on your phone, better to hope and pray that your phone will never get broken since the users cannot be edited, and there's no one answering their hotline or their email.
While the app is easy to use, it is a lot of work when the app is accidentally un installed and cannot open the metrobank online because of different authenticator id. To option to change the authenticator Id online aside emailing the customer support.
Says my device is compromised but Google Play Protect says everything is fine on my device. Doesn't offer any hints how to rectify the situation. Proper garbage!
Just because of this app i can't change my phone! So hassle to have the authenticator id changed. Before it took them months. They should create an app for pc/laptop.
A total waste of time. Unecessary and there are easier ways to secure log in than the need t download a non working app. A total hassle.

UMABLE TO PROCEED naman after mainstall. What the hell is this. This is too troublesome and so much of a hassle. You want to improve the security by making our own accounts inaccessible? We have employees to pay today! This is so useless. Do we need expensive phones only for this?
Utter garbage. My toilet operates on a higher level of service than this app. So much for a "bank." Stringy corporates can't afford an up-to-date interface. Trash.
you should have made this app a bit user friendly... tried 3 times already but no success at all. It just creates confusion to us users specially at a time like this.
Need this to work on Huawei phones without Google services. Why doesn't it work on Huawei nova 7SE? Able to install but unable to proceed. It says device may be compromised. Time for an update. 2019 Dec is latest version

The app works. But I will only give 2. You must need to disable the developer mode on your Phone. It was a hassle since no instructions was made to do this.
this app is compromised. 1st install got an error message with no explaination. Makes me want to change banks.
The apps says "Unable to Process" Your device may be compromise, maoing it vunerable to security risks" ...etc... Need this for our zoom meeting tomorrow Aug 6, 2020 but not working!!!!

It says my phones are compromised. My Google Pixel and Mi Note 10 are both stock with bootloader locked.
Not compatible to Lenovo P9 and Huawei Phone :( Done downloading on my iPad but the apps need device that has sim :( Pls. Tell us the mobile requirement

Too complicated and hassle on the part of your client. No update. Unhelpful customer service. I cannot change device because it requires to much work to change ID and can accidentally delete current ID.
