Doesn't even have options to pay my bills. The billers they have are uncommon, not the usual utilities or credit cards people usually have. And transfer fee is expensive, I still have to physically withdraw my pay and deposit it into banks I do business with. Though the app is easy to use, and I like the way it updates you your balance after a transaction.

Easy to use, and very professional looking. It doesn't take a long time for them to send an OTP (unlike BPI), and there isn't always a system maintenance. Its simple interface also allows faster loading times as there are less animations and non-heavy graphics.

It's much better to use than any othet bank apps because Metrobank app is user friendly. Except for the part where I have to search a biller that it's kind of hard to lpcate in the app because you have to search it by waiting the page to load it all which takes time instead of showing it once the keyword was entered. But overall, it's good. Thanks Metrobank!

The system still needs improvement. Everything seems fast but doesn't look modern. Also sometimes there are bugs like when I viewed my transactions, and went back to home page, the app can't display the remaining balance anymore and says there's an error.

Your money and online transaction is secure.I remember that they noticed a suspicious transaction way back 2019 they emailed me but I'm the type of person that doesn't always check emails. And so they lock my account and my card was stuck on the ATM so I had 2 go to their office and I learned that they emailed me about the transaction.Although they update their app most of the time but I guess it serve its purpose. Their app is very friendly and easy 2 use I'm very satisfied with their service.

The mobile app is not that transparent. Kindly make it available for us to see the exact details of our last transaction for funds transfer. Instead of just texting or sending us with the incomplete account. In any case it would be useful for when it comes to disputes of funds that weren't transferred successfully.

The worst banking app ever. It no longer reflects transaction as it should be as if it was intentionally done so to confuse users of their last transactions. Don't even have an option to show or download transaction like a bank statement. I ask one of the CS but they are not trained and not even can comprehend English

Hassle-free and seamless experience, step by step instructions were simple and easy enough to understand from app installation to creation of account to activation of biometric login. All mobile and email OTPs arrived fast. All the transactions I expected to see were there. One deficiency is that it has no facility for downloading SOA so I need to secure SOAs once I receive them through email.

Could've been amazing but there's a lot of I don't knkw if its bug/error or something. been using this for a year or more but I often encounter where loading screen stucks. When paying using my debit to credit card being rejected and at the same time being deducted on my account.

The interface is pretty basic and simple. This makes it easier for old people to navigate. I can imagine that the younger generation are not so happy with that. But for me, it's alright. I just got the app so I'll adjust my review as I get to use it's features in the long run.

App is too sensitive. I keep on activating finger print scanner for login purpose. Somewhat it expires? User interface is not even aesthetically appealing compared to other mobile bank app (RCBC and Mybank) It's not also user friendly. Kindly update to become more user friendly without neglecting the security.

Ever since I installed this app last April 2022, I cannot enroll to instaPay under Non-Metrobank account. Like, I always checked almost everyday with the same error message that there seems to be a problem processing my request. It's really tiring.

The app is good, user friendly and easy to nagivate. The only issue is that it does not work on some other phones like Samsung S22 Ultra, I tried downloading it but it does not allow me to open the app. I hope they can do something about it. All in all, it is a good mobile banking app.

DELETE THIS APP & just use Metrobank Online on Mobile/Web Browser cuz it is so much better & has an overhauled interface that this app does not. This app has the same interface as it had since 2018 & since then it just kept on dropping features like Biometric Authentication for Transactions & OTP generator which were useful and convenient. If I could give this a ZERO rating I DEFINITELY WOULD! Save yourself from frustrations and use their Online Banking Website on your Mobile Browser INSTEAD!

Mobile banking serves for ease of access but I am unable to use this app because I can't even sign up for my online account . They needed me to go to my bank directly first before letting me sign up for one. Asked my sister if she encountered the same because she also have an account with Metrobank and she said she hadn't sign up for an online banking with you because she needed to do the same. Please improve this 🥺.

App is easy to use but you can't just edit/change some info or update some info. I don't see my other account on the app while on their website i can. I tried to add/enroll my peso savings account but won't allow because it says it's a third party account. It is my account and or joint name with my sister. How in the world it is a third party account. While on their website i can view both my account. App developer should upgrade thie app.

I think it needs a finger print security log in option, for a better security of the accounts and not retyping your password over and over. Its more convinient that way.

First time use of app so need to register and all — the first attempt receiving OTP for bio-activation took so long so just needed to request to resend new OTP and it arrived right away. I have trauma on OTP resend so somehow felt worried the mobile app may be lagging at times. Other than the above experience, nothing else, for now.

I experienced my account deducted by some POS without my knowledge. Being a seafarer I can't even freeze/block my account from the metrobank app to prevent from future unauthorize transaction. CS can't help me with my problem or at least help me freeze my account thru emailing them. I don't even know if I can recover what I've lost in my account when I go home. Planning to transfer to a more secure online bank platform.

Damn! You really missed an opportunity to develop your app unlike UNIONBANK, your app looks outdated. I feel like my money could be gone any moment when im using your app, it feels like the height of the Cherry Mobile era i could feels nostalgia just by seeing your OUTDATED i feel nausea just by waiting for my OTP to arrive, which by the takes days if its a feature i wouldn't be surprise, looking at how old your app is. Worst mobile banking app. The only bank I can't use using my Asus ROG 3 phone. It always says that "Your device is rooted is either rooted or jailbroken". Even their website is totally messy and very troublesome. Please fix all these issues. If not for my company payroll, I would really not choose or use this bank. Very inconvenient and their interest rate is the lowest among other local banks.
