Good day everyone, My experience is I lost my mobile/ celphone that the apps has been installed and i used another celphone/mobile that I have but the big problem I can't log in on to my account even I used to follow what was the instructions that I have recieved,for 1 week I am just continued trying to log in but until now nothing is happen. Disappointed with how priority of drop off and pick up is done in this application. Once i took the car from metro station and should be going home all of a sudden driver went to another place where he had to pick up a person drop him at station and pick up a person from station while i am with him for 30 min wasting my time for the aplication to decide priority of droping of and picking up. If you are providing a free service then better to build a good application. My 1st and last time
Worst app...Never give the correct data..Cab is available but when u try to book its send a sinple text driver not available..Ha ha..Its only consuming data...If u r lucky then only u will get cab and driver both available...Once in a week. Worst app...
Good service. I have a suggestion for you metro express team. Can you please add a shortcut message system. So that we can communicate with Driver. Like wait for 2 minutes. I'm here I believe on your transparency you are getting my point. Just do it if possible. Thank you
You need to seriously work on routing cars , cars are moving uselessly in some areas and wasting time of everyone. Adapt routing techniques from Uber or Waze.
Useless service and app, U should serve first come first serve policy. Nowdays they giveing first priority to the customer from 'destination to metro station' but they pick the customer for dropping from metro but they dropped to their destination after picking and dropping the customer to the metro station. They keeping wrong timeing and always comeing late.. One more thing if u didn't give 5star after your ride, next time booking will be a disaster..
Good app but should pick-up the nearest vehicule it takes up to 28 minutes too much! I had to cancel several Times. No change for 2 years
It's good idea to book metro express and get the near by metro station but the problem is need to wait long time around 10/17 min after booking also...otherwise it's good service.I would like to give 3 star for this service.Thank you😊
App says that driver will be there in 1 minute and then you need to wait at least 5. Also, app says that pick up is in 4 minutes but drivers are canceling your ride and leaving after 1 minute.
this app up sometimes good i booking everyday. i'm waiting tolong time's always cancel i'm going to work always late because the band is very late.. accpt.
Best Transportation System with convenient access and price which cover's the whole city and the tourist destination QATAR has like Lusail, Wakra (Beach and relaxing beach Club), Katara, National museum and the best Souq Waqif for shopping and Corniche for chilling
I give 1 star bcz u cannot trust this app showing 2min when u Go outsid u will find became 10 min ..and also how we will contact with drivers and In qatar u have only 1 car or 2 half an hour traying to book but showing all cars are busy how come.....
Very bad service , once time ok another time cancellation, please fix the issue
App is great but the it is only available to west bay area. The rest of the city is out of zone
Once you're updating car from 18 minuts to 5 minuts and not waiting for passenger and simply cancelling booking. This totally disappointed.
A best service offered by the mitrolink Qatar for free it's helpful for those people without cars really thank for qatar for everything
i get it, it's free but not alot of cars available during rush hours had to take uber or be late 20 to 30 mins to work
Since 10 days I didn't get any booking Just msgs oh,no we have to cancel your booking. Better I have saved storage from my phone

Extremely tiny coverage, practically useless unless you're in al-waab/losail/pearl.
The intimative is good but poorly managed, no cars during rush hour had to book uber
only limited vehicals have thats why need to wait 20/30 minute for the van its really not good
This is not a user friendly app. It need lots of work to fix the problems.
This drive from the government of Qatar is a great help for the people specially for us who is earning regular wages. We just need to be patient for waiting due to high demands of passengers booking. Thank you Doha State of Qatar Government...
Good idea but the covered area is so tiny that defies the purpose..
Actually rating u one star is more than you and your employee deserve , very unprofessional staff and bus driver , you need to replace them all
Give us options to choose the vehicle. It is better that way and much more convenient. Sometimes it's hard to communicate the reason for not getting to the vehicle either from or side or driver side due to some map mishap. Also give a box to provide feedback regarding rides or drivers. Some drivers are not trained and tell us to get down from the vehicle due to some error they find in their map either while getting in to vehicle or out.
