I was looking for a way to fax a claim and I found this app with a free trial. Its helping me because Its hard to find somewhere to fax in the community. The problem is that I must send large files with alot of pages in separate faxes. Otherwise it doesnt go through. I also would like the option to ad a header/footer notes on each page or customized option. More space on the coversheet would be nice. A feature with templates for coversheets would be nice. Other than that.. So far so good.

Great service. The simplicity of it, especially on the phone, is gratifying. No more clunky fax machines to deal with. Got the annual service and we've been putting it to use. Definitely worth it.

This app will make you sign up for a free trial and then make you jump through hoops to cancel your subscription, make it seem like you did cancel, then they will continue to charge you even after you thought you cancelled your subscription, and also make it next to impossible to actually get through to customers service to properly cancel your subscription. I would give this zero stars if I could and I want my money back. the way they make it so difficult to cancel your account is shady AF.

Unauthorized transactions from two unknown companies not in the US after signing up for free trial. They better check they haven't been hacked. Otherwise, I'm assuming they're in cahoots.

Can't stand customer service. No phone contact number to cancel my trial. No help at all. Really? Unfortunately those options have been done several times to no avail. No confirmation of cancelation yet.

"We experienced an error please try again". This is what I get everytime I try to use the app and then I'm locked out and and my account has been disabled to prevent further logins!!!! It's so frustrating...I have installed and downloaded soo many times. The desktop version works fine, but the mobile app is horrible. Please advise on how this can be fixed!

I thought the app was easy and great and it's cheap, so I sent my fax last night and didn't receive a confirmation code, I tried to log in and it says I don't. Have an account so I put forgot userne, I put in my email & there is no email in our system, the same happened with the fax number they gave us, it's not recognize so I clicked customer support and it took me to wn error page. Could me putting in my old cell phone number to register have anything to do with it?

User interface needs work, however, its relatively simple to use, and cant beat the price. I dont send much faxes, but some companies, even government still cant walk into 21st century communication, so $8 a month is 3 cups of dunkin donuts a month for a convenience of fax line alway available and on the go. I like it, i do recommend it, but for developers a better user interface would be nice.

I have used Metro fax on my computer for many years have never had any problems with it. 😀

Can't cancel. Tried. Don't sing up for free trial unless you want to pay or cancel your credit card Reply: I tried that it says can't do must contact customer support. I click the button and nothing happens. I tried to cancel 10 times. They still took my money. Thieves. If I could give zero stars I would I made a complaint to the play store I hope they remove you

Faxing works, yes. But customer service is pretty much non-existant from my point of view. I have tried FIVE times now to cancel my account and so far all I have gotten in return is an email saying "your account has been locked due to multiple failed log ins." Like..??? But they continue to charge my card.. I just want it to stop!!

Absolutely stay away from this company. Free trial is a scam. They won't let you cancel until you pay them a fee. It's a joke. You can not get a real person to speak to, they hide behind the layers of internet. I never once logged onto their system, never used a single function, and canceled 3 days after sign up for free trial. They won't let me cancel until I pay an erroneous $29 for nothing. They keep trying to charge my cc every other day. I have had to cancel my cc and report to fcc, ftc. Bb

Every fax I receive is all compressed together and VERY hard to read. Please fix this. I have to download the fax and edit to resize the images so when I forward them the receiver is able to read. Please do something about this, otherwise you have lost a customer

Great app for $5 per month! Sometimes it needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled when it glitches, but that is far better than spending around 50 cents per page for a fax to be sent with other apps. Their customer support also goes above and beyond to assist with issue resolution.

The service is great. The app is very glitchy. I have used this app on a few different Android smartphones running 9.0 and once you click "contacts" the app freezes. No fix! Customer service hasn't helped either!

Installed and tried to start it up. First (and only!) Thing that came up was a screen to put in a fax number and password but I hadn't signed up yet! There was NO WAY to sign up, it just kept saying ...oops, wrong fax number!. I uninstalled and installed again but the same thing came up. This time I just plain UNINSTALLED. I dont have time for this nonsense. Will find one that works properly.

I use to love this until one day out of the blue with no communication they upped my bill. Just happened to catch it while looking at my online banking. I simply don't do business with companies like that. I immediately canceled my account even after being offered a credit and my monthly billing reduced to it's former price. Metro Fax, you need to understand something. You need me, I do not need you. There are dozens of other companies that provide the same service and with integrity.

Faxing via scanner and computer works great. From a scan from the phone... not so good. But that could be operator error. I received tons of confidential medical faxes addressed to a doctor's office. This service did gwt the kob done though. It was easy to get in touch with customer service to cancel service. They didn't fight too much!

It will not allow me to login. It says there's an error. I had to use the website instead which is not as smooth as app typically are. I u installed then reinstalled hoping for a better chance but nothing happened. Disappointed.

It's simply and affordably does what it says it does. I've been a paid member for their subscription for many years. Mostly using the website for what I needed to do, until I discovered the app. It's a good option for people need a fax but don't have or want a fax machine.

I haven't been able to send one fax. I open the app and it says error try again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 2x, I've rebooted my phone, I've confirmed the phone number. I'm still in the free trial, I hope there is no issue cancelling

Downloaded the app and it would not let me create an account. Just kept taking me to a login screen to put in account information that I never got to create. The developers response was helpful. I hope they can fix the issue.

I am relieved when I am able to utilize Metro Fax as one of my options when I need something right now. Either I'm out and about, in my car or at home I can either email with an attachment or fax. I issued four stars and not five because I do not Fax much so it frustrating to pay the monthly bill. Needs to be an option for pay as you go up to a certain number per month or some kind of an A la carte.

Do not get involved with these people. I have sent five messages to cancel my account. There is no support....no-one answers....they tell you to go online to cancel. When you do that they tell you you can't and then their chat function doesn't work. Total rip off. Now I have to cut them off through my credit card company becase they keep charging me. I regret signing up for this service.

Fantastic app for both smartphones and on the web and great service. Started using this from back in 2013. Though there was a gap in between of my usage, then again started using again and I love their service.

Best deal I know of for fax service. Reliable and simple.

Exceptional faxing. I can fax from my laptop, desktop, or mobile. The service is convenient. You receive notification on when you receive a fax or when your fax has gone through. You also obtain a fax in your email inbox. This has served very useful as I'm always on the go. I can fax from anywhere. The monthly fee isn't a lot either.

Dont subscribe to free trial!! They will steal your money. They say its easy to cancel but then still charge you ..,i was charged $20 months after I cancelled ..Thieves!!!! I tried both "easy " methods to cancel the first one doesnt work and the chat never answered .they would say I was 3rd in line and then never came on chat !!!

The fax app has been doing better since the problem was taken care of. I have a small business to run. It is very convenient to have the app on the phone. I never miss a fax, and I am able to take care things right away.
