Its kinda buggy when u complete an assignment its doesn't sync and mark it complete and I just had to Uninstall and reinstall the app. The concept is a great idea so reps can stay refreshed and do training on the phone at any convenient time. Also for those who don't know u have to goto the t-mobile deal portal to get registration code

The consept of the app is great. However, whenever I go to put a profile picture on there does one of two things: if you press take a photo, it stops the app and makes you restart it or if you press upload a photo you get to choose what photo but then it says the upload fails.

App is not optimized for back button in android, you have to reach the back button on top of the pages like if it was an iPhone. The app stays open in background for a long time "syncing" and drains the battery.

I love the ligic and convienece of this app, but after some of the classes no matter how many times i take it it will not recognize that i did it. Also on some of the test not matter how many times i retake it, the app will not pass me. the first tame it failed me on one i was ok and checked my answers even wrote the answers down i know a passed but the app kept removing some of my answers on the select all that apply. the same is happeninv with all me reps. same tests same questions.

Unfortunately I enjoy the lessons but not the outcome. This app has definitely not lived up to its potential. My co-workers and I depend on this app so please repair it asap so our learning experience can continue.

I work for Metro and this app is great as far as doing the training when were told. But man, y'all have to get better at it lol

I was able to get logged in then all of a sudden I got kicked and now the app won't even open 😭

I already have a uca prepaid login because I work for metro but this app will not let me log in and requires a new registration code.

Love it!!! Great app for training. Makes it easier to complete on the go.

Great tool to train, just wish it could be easier to add new devices.

Can't use this App, doesn't allow Registration to work and App is useless.

I like it but it switched to spanish now i cant get it back to english

this phone company is the worst company in existence, their customer service is awful and unhelpful. would never use them again

i need to install it on my new phone but it won't send me the registration number so I can register what a shame 😒

Doesnt save finished trainings.

you cant get the code it requires to use the app.

Trainings will not load Moto 1 5G Ace.
