Ever since I upgraded the app the screen periodically goes blank and it says unable to connect internet error. I press back button and it goes back to normal. It does this every 2 or 3 minutes while I'm using it. Very annoying.
The app won't connect more than half the time. It's freaking awesome to be on a showing or showings without being able to provide any information to the client because the app refuses to connect and you just get the white screen.
Fix your app, it's been bugging out like crazy ever since you conducted a mass update to prospector+. We pay you plenty to bug test before such a massive deployment. This is incredibly unprofessional of you to not have even basic hotfixes coming out. It's impacting more than the experience and I wouldn't be surprised if you are going to face lawsuits.
Not user friendly. Professional Realtor link doesn't work. Which is the better link connected to this app. Loads slowly. Would rather use mainstream sites offered to the public, they have better functionality.
Could be more stream line and easier to use. Plus would be nice if they created a finger scanner to open app.
Shuts down after 3 seconds. Horrible, horrible app. You pay your dues and get frustrating, garbage. It's affecting my way to make a living.
Can't even log on to my MetroList. I enter my username and password, and it just says "processing" indefinitely.
Unable to load. I will have a whole tour to send off and after all my work it glitches out and I lose everything.
Doesn't even work. MLS is an antique and an embarrassment to the industry. Why do we even pay for apps when there are free ones that are better?
Very difficult to set search parameters.

Your last update ruined this app...no longer user friendly..not easy to navigate through...screen is white and won't work, even after reinstall. Undo your updates!!!
Didnt work on my sgs4 the screen is just white.
Looks and works just like the mobile website. Would be better if it stored login info or allowed the user to sign in via fingerprint. Could also use a better map explorer like the go-metrolist app.

Thanks for making the login a little easier. Still having a hard time with the maps tho. It freezes & screen flickers all the time. It's very hard to use especially when you try to back out like you would on most apps when I back out I end up losing everything in my search criteria and I have to start all over. One more thing. Showing the prices of the listings on the maps without having to click on the listing would be awesome. Thanks
