This is the only metronome app you will ever need. At the end of the day a metronome is just a metronome. Dont get me wrong, its nice to have all the bells and whistles but this app is perfectly functional whether you want something simple or complex. From quarter notes to polyrhythms the app has got ya!
My go to metronome app. Love all it's features, lovely interface and perfect to use for any occasion where a click is needed
I've been using this app for years and it's totally worthy to pay for the Pro version. Great app, great features, great team! Keep up the great work! 🤘😎
i have been using this metronome since three years and over the time it got better and better! Beautiful design, advanced rythms, polyrythms, presets for drum rythms, you can decrease and increase tempo or mute bars for better practicing. It is fully fledged and definitely one of the best!
Very flexible with plenty of options but simple interface. I didn't find the ads in the free version intrusive, but the paid for version is a reasonable price so I left them behind.
Great device to teach children visual value of beat... Wonderful for subdividing... Love that you can also do long measure form so that students can effectively "program" a loop of rhythm from their own music. Accel and rit is also very useful to teach steady tempo for students who have difficulty hearing what "steady" means
I love this app. I have been using it in my piano and clarinet practice every day. I looked at several different apps and I still like this the best. Settings for speeding up the tempo make practice fun. Essential practice tool!
I love this app, can I make one suggestion though? Can you make it so, when you use the feature where your tempo increases or decreases as you play, your BPM goes back to what it was before? Maybe an option box in the menu there. That would be so great, as I find myself having to manually reset the tempo to whatever it was after each timed exercise. Great program though, I use it daily and thank you.
I've used this app for years now really good and simple but recently I needed a (timer clock.) If you could update the app with a (timer clock) that will be excellent. When you're playing to a song you could figure out how long the song is, where the breakes are and so on.(Thank you for letting me know that info about the timer...one thought I had is I use the app to play Drums live. Have it expand to a Bigger view. gracias
For me, this is a perfect practice metronome. Options for appearance of each bar and 'click' variations are ideal. I use complex time signatures as we as different tempi and setting up and saving pre-sets couldn't be simpler. I have used it for around 3 months and am so glad I bought it. Highly recommended.
Best app I've used, I use this for both at home practicing as well as for when I play live with my band. Love all the features just wish I had more time in the day to get even more practice in with this thing!
Good app but one of the biggest and longest issues is that the preset does NOT save the timer preference. I can make many presets - that is good. But I have to manually change from amount of beats to amount of time it will play. This is an incredibly simple yet large oversight. Please fix in next update.
I use only the metronome function. It is exactly what I need. I really appreciate the lights and motion and the clear beats. It is especially helpful to me to be able to divide the beats. If I get more skilled, I am sure that other functions will be useful. A great product!
After the addition of the mute random bar/beats feature on last update, the app is now much more complete! Also very easy to use. recommended. Said feature has a bug tho: when I select mute random beats and then random bar the selection stays on random beats. Once that is fixed, I'll give the apo 5 stars.
So far, so good! I'm learning to play the xylophone, and it is helping raise the speed of my music reading. Intuitive. Very easy to use.
Love the seamless switch between presets.
Great for establishing the correct meter! Especially like this latest upgrade with subdivisions. Thank you!
Hi developer! Can you help me fix my problem? I purchased this app using my old android phone which is Samsung galaxy s4. It works totally fine. However, when I installed in my huwawei nova 3i using my same playstore gmail account, in the preference settings in preset sounds, it does not work when I change the metronome sounds. Hope you can address my issue asap because I really value this up, that's the reason why I choose to purchase this. Many thanks and God speed!
I actually rated this before on my old phone. It's the best metronome I have ever owned. I would like to have the option of selecting for tempos as were on the old analog metronomes. also, I would like to be able to program long and short beats such as one would find in Balkan music (with the short beats as quarter notes and long beats dotted quarter notes. I would pay a lot for that!)
Works greatly! Many features. I really like the ease of creating, using, and editing presets and set lists. There are regular feature updates. I definitely got my money's worth on this one. It's worth buying the pro version.
I just need an easy to set basic metronome and this does the job very well. And it's free.
Most wonderful app for any professional musician or novice alike. (1) I wonder for its most accurate beats (or rhythm or LAYA or TALA). I could very easily create all Taals (or Talas) including Jhaptal. (2) Minutest speed accuracy possible. Once created, U can save as different files & retrieve at will. Purchased, so no ads.
Works exactly as expected. Lots of useful functionality and smooth, no hiccups or lagging. Easily work the cost. The only thing missing would be actually saying the beat, vs just sounds, and if you could split the beat and the visuals updated as well.
Great app. Lots of different metronome sounds, and has all the features a metronome needs. The only thing i'd love to see implemented is the possibility of having 2 metronomes ticking at once, for polyrhytm practice.
Just what I was looking for, allows you to play a number of bars with a click, then drop out for some bars, then repeat. This has really helped me stop rushing my fills during transitions, great app!
I've never had a problem with this. Several features I've never used (more than one beat in a bar, anything other that 100% of speed) but it's very reliable and works. And is free!
Love the new drums and polyrhythms - but there is a bug in both the free and pro versions (at least on small screens) ... Once you tap into a rhythm editor, there is an X in the upper-left corner that I believe should close the editor and return you to normal view ... For me, the X minimizes the entire app .... The only way to return to a normal view is to exit and restart the app.
