This app used to be okay and saved time when taking the train, after an update however, it's become totally unusable and will not accept my tap card number. I had used the app for several months previous, same card, same number no problem. Now whenever it starts a session it says invalid employee number. I reported it twice as a bug. I am not an employee and haven't been able to use it since.

Worked fine initially. Recently they've changed the duration to park only 17hrs max instead of 24hr. I can't get passed that screen because I am unable to select any sort of duration that they are requiring me to select. It happens from time to time.

Great App, makes paying for parking much easier. After all the ingo has been stored, it must have only taken 3 taps to complete a parking payment. Highly recommended!

So easy to use and convenient for parking at fee metro park and rides. I do wish the lot was free to park, but at least the app makes it more convenient to pay daily.

The app said parking was free today and wouldn't let me pay. When I got back to my car I had a parking ticket! It must've happened to several people because a bunch of cars around me had tickets on their windshields too. Do not trust this app!!

Very convenient app easy to use. Would be nice if they had an option to pay weekly. Make sure to set yourself a reminder to pay that's where they'll get you.

Twice now this app has failed me to the tune of $53 dollars now. Do NOT trust this app to process payments. It has failed me multiple times and each time they'll gladly give you a ticket with no recourse. And they wonder why people HATE public transit.

It was okay until I wasn't able to use my TAP card anymore..it says "Error.. Transit patrons only.. To continue to park.. Please ride transit" this resulted in me getting off the metro and having to pay at the kiosk and missing that train.. Thanks

I love this app, it allows me to pay straight from my phone when I'm in a important meeting and unable to pay it physically. I recommend for everyone to use it.

I paid through the app and still got a ticket. Makes no sense. I have a screenshot of the time stamps and everything. Somebody over at metro needs to fix this asap!

Saves me time trying to read the screen on the kiosk which faces the sun. Particularly with the sketchy characters sometimes hanging around there.

Great app. Can't add additional 24 hours of parking unless you cancel current parking. Can't use same Tap card for concurrent parking sessions.

App works but it's really ridiculous. You can clearly tell they're here to gouge you for money. $0.15 fee each time for convenience! really? has LA gotten that cheap that you need to charge a fee to use an app?

Convenient way to pay for parking when free spots are full. But puzzling to see dozens of empty paid spots when metro claims there is a waiting list.

Given the new update, using a saved card causes the app to report it failed to process. But then it still runs the charge anyways. Don't use this app. They obviously don't know how to build an app

Fast and easy way to ensure you're all paid before you even get to the lot. Saves the stop at the kiosk!!

The app is generally fine, but after my third parking ticket because it didn't confirm or something, this free app has cost me $159. I'm done.

Never had a problem with this app. I pay as soon as I park from the comfort of my own car before I rush along to the Metro. It's nice to have one less thing to do.

would have given it more stars but parking zone 206 isn't even listed on the app. directory. Hope I don't get a ticket.

Good App. Only drawback is that the options are limited to choosing up to 3 days max. So one star less.

Awesome App. Help out with quick pay for parking. Some parking lots need lot# so don't need to look or ask around.

Easy to use to pay for Metro parking. Don't understand why it can't be designed to also pay for metro trips.

App keeps crashing & works very slow. Takes forever to a process a payment!

once you set it up is really quick and easy. you dont need to carry cash neither your credit card I love it..... 1000 times better than those awefull park meters

How idiotic and dangerous is an app with a loud car horn going off twice as a notification?! Good grief, think people! We'd already left the lot and we were driving!

Convenient for on the go. Better than using the machine and waiting in line specially when it rains.

It's so easy. You pay in advance which alleviates the worry and stress of paying at the machine. I love it.

I updated my phone and now the App works perfectly IT was a great convenience. Now it no longer funcions for me.

Very handy when it comes to paying for parking. Only had an issue once and had to log on to the website to pay.

I have used this into of the Metrolink parking lot. Easy-to-use. Easy-to-understand. Works!
