Wastes Data. While looking at what TV and movie options are available whatwever show is currently playing "live" automatically plays, using your phone's data. I don't see any way to turn this off and no way to contact anyone as to IF can turn off. So you waste data streaming something you don't want just to see if there is anything you DO want to watch!

For some reason i keep having issues with the internet services, where certain texts, etc keep happening, that im not aware of, until it's posted, when i wonder who posting it, especially if it wont allow me to unsubscibe in youtube, or sev facebook unarthorized messenger texts, etc. If this can be fixed i would greatly ad more stars. Thanks.

Most recently they sent me anything to request permission to download video games while I sleep that suck because nobody wants those games at all which is why they have to disguise them under Metro play. When I go back to remove the option you can't find it. Metro PCS is getting aggressive and it's time to move on to a new company for me.

The usual on ads but they have to pay their bills to, but I enjoy being able to watch almost anything I want. I can even watch my News and get emergency alarms whenever there's bad weather or accidents in the area of around me.

Interesting app overall. Selections are not necessarily limited as they are specific niches which some may appreciate and some may not. My problem with the app is the invasiveness and lack of options or customization. There's an unnecessarily large button at the top of my homescreen search page; anyone who owns or used a phone that brings up Google when swiping to the left has probably seen it. The button needs to be removed and there also needs to be more preferences.

This must have been downloaded with an update, I didn't download this and it's very intrusive, I've had it before, it over rides stuff you want, feeds you junk and constantly pops up at the worst time, I see it suddenly inviting me to "turn it on" I'm gonna delete it!

So I pushed the button to watch an article and it comes up on the screen that App must be updated. So I push the update button and it goes back to the list of articles. I choose an article and, once again, must be updated again and again and again. Hense, Not to happy with an App that claims constant updates ("to improve quality") and can't even get off the home page. I don't want the app I don't like using it. Once you activate it you're stuck with it. I don't want to read any more news than I have to. When you try to disable it from popping up on your homepage after the phone's screen has been off for a while, it's there again. I don't want it. I went into the apps settings. I tried turning off notifications that didn't help. So I finally went into the phone settings, and had to disable it. But now it stays in the play store's update section to update it.

I can actually say its kind of addictive, and while I didn't like the fact that the Samsung phone I purchased from MetroPCS wouldn't let me uninstall this program (only disable it-meaning you never recover the space it takes up of your phone memory) since I was stuck with it appearing every time I opened my phone. I started to find myself giving into the click-bait articles and actually found most of them interesting and somewhat engaging. If you like those click-bait type articles, its 👌

Bloatware! First of all, I am not a Metro customer. I've no use for this app. But my phone is "metro" so it was technicnally preinstalled and keeps trying to update. I've unlocked the phone for use with another carrier that uses Tmobile compatible phones (which Metro phones are). What sucks are the apps like this one that refuse to completely uninstall.

Okay Metro you're getting as bad as Google, when I get a new phone 3/4 of my space is taken up by your apps that I don't or never will use. Dont get me wrong some of them are good yes but you guys invade our phones and it's not cool. And I think it's really dumb that you guys take up all that space and we have to have them apps otherwise our phones don't work right that's BS half a star if they let me

I just spent over 5 minutes trying to send you feedback after completing your survey. The metro app doesn't have the option, nor did the survey ask, which makes your survey pointless. I gave my phone rep a great review, yet wont recommend metro. If you want to know why, because its unreliable & slow. Im in STL, MO one of the largest cities in the USA and theres a lot of dead zones . If im in a lower level of a home its useless. And inability to send a message directly is just annoying.

I like this service for my cell, but I don't like the fact that this app continues to stall and stop and start for no reason, continually, coming across my screen saying that the app has suddenly stopped, and do I want to close it?? Well it's obviously needing to close, when it keeps stopping,. Why can't r developers see this? & just fix it?t or is it really unnoticeable? Is there something you can do? It's very annoying. Amazing folks, who help & answer, all questions"! Reason for 1 star, is B.C, slow data & limited area & over priced & limited memory & not enough memory for it, designed that way, for the poor class who needs a good phone but can't get 1, it's the cheapest option & not reliable in alot of areas ! Data networks not comparable with it's incorporated T MOBILE add on company that ruined 4 days I've tried to make account with T Mobile, through MetroPCS, never gave options, would have been a 5 stars.

Very disappointed they want me to spend money so I can get more data so it doesn't slow down. My plan was Unlimited. Now they want money to increase it. They gave me the wrong PIN number and the wrong account number show customer service can't help me. Trying to get it unlocked have been with them two years.

You no what METRO Leadership what ever you goes with your metro phone you should keep up if you can and make sure that all of you divices fit properly tight meaning that it's the one of the greatest fits when you put into your phone or any electronics that you sell fits in the socket so awesome that you cannot resise now text me back and see if you got a good understanding about making sure it fits with a grip that you can hardly let go and it takes incredibly talent,skills, ability,stragety.

cool app with some nice videos like music and on demand videos. but there are many show without the name in tv movies channel. it uses like part1, part2. i want to know the name of the movie. and the movies should categorize like newly added, editor's picks, comedy, drama..etc. for easy selection. tnx

Cool app. Question? Is there a way to add shows/programs to a saved section to watch later or to finish watching later? I can't find the ability to do that anywhere? Sometimes there are multiple programs i want to watch and want to be able to somehow mark them to find later or I don't have time to finish watching something and want to pick up where I left off later, but doesn't seem I can do that....? Seems odd not to have that feature?

THIS APP IS FRAUDULENT Despite disabling it, removing all permissions, removing ALL data access permisdions, it still consumes an average of 10 megs of data daily, its installed as a system app & is one of 17 similar apps that allow for Bluetooth Remote Control by an unlnowm account linked to the DuoPreview App in my LG Phone built by AT&T on an Iphone in my Android Device...? Play Protect is among the other 17 apps that are clearly a BIG compromise of Googles ability to maintain security. Thanks

I didn't even know I had this app, but I'm sure it's amazing along with everything else Metro has, I live 35 miles east of Birmingham AL, if you look on those coverage maps all the Networks have you'll see a white dot east of Birmingham, yea that's where I live, coverage sux on all Networks, T-mobile use to REALLY suck but over the past 10 years or less they have raised the bar, you just can not beat T-mobile, no you still can not use your phone inside my house, better than AT&T and Verizon tho.

i have no clue as to why i see this app being installed on my phone.After uninstalling,hours later it reinstalled as update. so after unintall and tried to check it out, it does not show no icon or photo showing neither update nor install/reinstall at all. and its developer's contact email shows combined name with google and Tmobile.

Not just useless T.V. with even more useless channels, but great TV was even more amazing channels that are very popular and has channels that I watched even before having metroplay. And the best part of Metroplay, watching Movies and TV do not use your data!

Well well, excuse me, isn't this something! I never knew this app was even on my phone until Play Store said it needed an update. I checked it out and fell in love with it. This is so cool! You don't need to do a thing: no passwords, no signing in, no signal disruption, no buffering, no add channel, no check your signal, no nothing. Just click and bam, you're watching TV! Thanks! 😁😁😁

I am a Proud user and would like to say that most of the time, when I select a new service or phone I usually have to wait to recieve mail and Propertie's. I don't find it a problem though, but I don't always find the appropriate configurations to always set-up my phone's data and the "line's".

Annoying bloatware. Can't uninstall...only disable, which still prompts to be updated on the play store. I don't use it; it came pre-installed & just takes up valuable storage space. I think it blows that i can only uninstall it if i root my phone.

I was pleasantly surprised by this app and the Metro phone service as well! I didn't get a free phone or anything but they do run specials where you can relieve a new phone for switching. The service is top notch, I've not had a problem with calls dropping etc and I live in the country surrounded by trees.

I don't like that it's preinstalled BUT at least you can disable it 😊 so just go to settings, apps, and click on the metro app you don't want to use and disable it. On my Moto I clicked on the word Metro play and the display feature was there. Hope this helps everyone.

This is a VERY awesome option as apposed to nothing at all. Basically, it's a nice gesture from Metro PCS. I would love though one thing to be fixed Metro, you give extensions or 48-hour of NON FULL service extension. An that's only if the company feels you're credited enough. I would LOVE if Metro had Bridge payments! Cricket offers this, you pay $20 (Bridge payment). Full service is bck on 4 a wk. Then pay past-due balance w/$20 credit from 20 bridge payment. STEP UP UR GAME METRO!

This app was just isntalled on my device without my permission today with my automatic updates. More bloatware to add to the list of already disabled bloatware on my device. Shame on you. It would be nice to finally find a device that doesn't come with 20 preinstalled bloatware apps

Installed on a roommate's new Metro phone. Glitchy as f!! Full of crappy articles & ads. I did try to watch a couple flicks that were alright. Movies were ok, but no way to get them paused, or be able to share or like/ react/ post comment etc. Games are glitchy on the MetroZone app too. Any small swipe near edges of screen & it backs out of everything, posts ads again & makes the user start over! Which is frustrating. Though the games are free & decent time killers, nice variety etc.
