The MEVO application is an application dedicated to the MEVO Metropolitan Bike System, allowing the use of public bikes in municipalities and cities belonging to the system, ie within the administrative borders of the City of Gdańsk, the City of Gdynia, the City of Sopot, the City of Tczew, the City of Puck, the City of Reda, the City of Rumia , Pruszcz Gdański, Commune of Władysławowo, Commune of Żukowo, Stężyca Commune, Somonino Commune, Kartuzy Commune, Sierakowice Commune.

The idea of having a bike sharing system was great but they totally messed it up! Also you have one opportunity to develop an eco-friendly transport system and you put electric batteries in them which aren't rechargeable so a van has to come and pick them up... Welcome to the 21st century. The app is rubish, I only see 3 available bikes at any time in districts far from the center. It just doesn't work. Bought a bike and uninstalled this waste of space.

Great Idea but not reliable, does not let me add money. One additional star for great support. But the system is very buggy many errors. Instead of Parking it forces you to return bike in not covered zone, added 950zl ticket twice and blocked me, stranded had to take a taxi. Taxi driver overcharged too. Lot off stress until great support returned those fees.

Availability is a shame. The app is good but the service is quite poor. You will spend time walking to reach a free bike but you cannot book the bike and somebody will take it before you after walking 15 minutes in vain. Also, there are no bikes in several places during the commercial hours and tens of them near offices with hugh amount of movement. They should work to distribute well the bikes.

You cannot install and use this unless you have a Polish pesel number. So as a tourist visiting Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot from the UK you cannot use the bikes...which is very disappointing and also means the Mevo firm are missing out on additional revenues /sales. Please sort this out!
