Do not buy it. Total waste of money. It will work for few months then starts showing its true colors. Like it will not be able to sync with time and not able to connect. Even bluetooth is not working. There is a time difference always, it doesn't matter how many times you change the time. It will show what it wants to show!! Really worst smartwatch

Horrible experience and horrible product. The app does not find my device, the device itself refuses to pair up with my phone. If the device is limited to a certain phone OS version and Bluetooth versions then please specify that on your product description. As for customer support, well it's as existing as the lost city of Atlantis. Please behave like a professional company rather than a cheap sell out.

Running Distance Tracker is exactly what the name implies. It has a bunch of standard features, like total distance, average pace, pace per mile (or kilometer), a run log, and other helpful features. You can also pass your music through the app& Most of the basic functions are free in the app.efficiency &low power uses & compatibility with all are more interesting.

Dear team, I am using Samsung Galaxy M31s on Android 10. There are two issues which I have noticed so far. 1. If you click 'HELP DESK' menu on the homepage of the app, the app crashes and it never opens next time unless you uninstall/ re-install. 2. The 'SHARE' option does not work, it always throw an error if I want to share my steps/ calories burnt etc. details. Mail has been sent with screen capture. Check and release update/ fixes for those above in case these are genuine bugs in the app.

Dear MFT Team please review below issues and fix them. Highly prized but it's sleek and looks stylish for ladies, the app tends to shutdown abruptly. No response from the chat in the app. My band gets disconnected automatically, upon restart I loose my entire data/step count done for the day. Also display doesn't reflect temperature as mentioned in the manual.

It's terrible. The application is two slow. Application UI opens in more than 30 seconds. Not sure, what is getting loaded in the background but user interface is too poor. On top of that, post opening UI, it again chews a long time. Looks like the application needs to be optimised.

I am using this app from more than 6 months now. This is the first time i thought of purchasing something because of the offers and credits. The payment went through and amount got deducted from my account. I got an email and msg stating payment successful. But within few minutes i got another email stating payment failed. Since the no update, no refund, unable to contact care team. pathetic experience.

I am having problems with the band connecting and then quickly disconnecting with my phone. It's irritating. I can't sync any data with the phone. I messaged the developers. Nothing from their side. For this I wish to give ZERO star. But alas, there's no option.

Watch is good but the app is not accurate as the battery level is not accurate, set reminder is not working properly, it is not showing any reminder text, only time is popping up.heart rate and temperature count is not noted in the app. Please fix these problems.

It's my first day in the app and it's already driving me nuts. App is not user friendly, my phone keeps hanging whenever I open the app. And let's not forget about the notification issue.. I'm not receiving any except for calls.. Which is also very occasional.. This has to be fixed.. My first day and I already plan to return the fitband.

The app caused my phone to overheat on such a level that the battery almost gave up. The phone wouldn't charge to 100% or the battery would drain super quickly. Before installing the app, a full charge would last a day atleast. I removed the app from my phone and the temperature is now normal and battery level as well. Please fix this.

The app needs serious looking into. I am facing the below issues: 1) it is not updating my target weight 2) after the app updated, I am not getting push notifications for whatsapp and calls 3) the sports mode in the band does not reflect the sports selected in the app. Please look into these issues. I have already dropped 2 emails to merchsupport and havent received any replies.

I am using mevofit slim band. The band shows wrong time after going out of the range of mobile phone and does not connect automatically with the phone when coming near to phone. Please have some setting in which I can use the fitness band without connecting with the phone and still it can show correct time.

🥵🥵🥵 Pain points of the mevofit race space product and this app. 🤯🤯🤯 1. Disconnection at a minor range (few meters) of distance! (too much annoying). 2. Even when the phone is picked up the vibration doesn't stop. 3. No duration wise bifurcation in steps (duration, steps, cal burned, m/km) within the day. 4. Not showing sleep start time (only showing duration and waking up time along with light and deep sleep). I have 6 more serious issues, due to space issue not able to post!

Dissappointing when you have an amazing gadget but the same time its app is worst than terrible. There are syncing issues. There are moments when the drive suddenly loses its connection with the app & why are you guys making a tracker app & a health app. Why can't combine both.? Now one app reads my steps the other looks into my calories wrt diet but the relation of activity & calories burnt based on the diet doesn't exist. You guys created an eco system where the user get paid credits for staying fit. But for so many months the fit store is just 4 images & nothing more... In this field which is overly competitive if you guys don't pull up your socks now. You will be history. Starting working towards making history.

It's a pathetic option to buy as the device gets disconnected from the Bluetooth most of the times and the app keeps crashing, it doesn't give the Ccurate sleep time or data either. Disgusted, the support chaton the app is equally disgusting coz there's no one to resolve the issues. A complete waste of money

App and band majority of the times do not sync together. Have boot the phone again n again for proper syncing. Shop now option doesnt work. Credit incentive is available but is useless. It says use it to unlock premium features on app or for shopping on mevofit app but it does nothing.

Unable to connect my mevofit drive with the app.It says connected and the very next second shows disconnected.I tried to uninstall the app and download it but in vain as it gets downloaded again but can't be installed. I have purchased it for past one day and unable to use it for the issues of the app.

I got race S500 dive watch Today. Side button appears not working. Touch screen got lock under water mode. Attached manual is not written properly. Not explaining the steps for troubleshooting. App is worst. Not detecting the watch. Not synchronizing with three different company mobiles including Samsung. Worst ever experience. Wanted to give minus 5 rating but minimum is 1. All money lost.

There is no reason to keep this app bulky and slow. It's slower than a snail and need lot to improve. I have updated app in hope to get connection issue resolved but now it's even worst. It says u r all set after trying for hours but doesn't show data in mobile.

It is ok but need lot to improve. To set alarm is very rigid. Notifications is slow or missing. Not working with gmail and facebook notifications. Drink water notifications does not work some time. Built up quality is excellent. It looks attractive. Need to improve in App.
