After latest update App not working. It jumps back to google play page. Also even after updating the meter reading the invoice is not updated. Its happening for me for the last 3 months. Please sort this issue soon
Updated the reading multiple times over the past two years and it hasn't updated the payable amount. I will have to visit the office to pay. App and website worked in 2019 and have consistently failed since 2020.
After the latest update, app is not working. When opening the app it is rerouting itself automatically to play store page.
Payment/ bill doesn't get updated, cannot update meter reading. Asking to always go to the office for everything then why does this app exist?

Very helpful and appreciate the move towards electronic based ministries, but this application is too basic, unable to obtain the full breakdown of my bill. can't choose the amount to pay I can only pay the full amount. Tried using the camera to update my meter charges and it was way off, useless function, worked better on the older app.
When i open it, it redirect me to Google play store!!! What happened with the last update!!

Despite entering the meter readings Bills aren't updated so we cannot pay online. The earlier app allowed online payments. Worst we can't see the older bills as well.
cannot enter new readings. cannot pay. still the same 23 Nov. 2019. Update on 11 Aug 2020: great improvement. I was able to enter the meter readings and pay very smoothly.
I give a minus 5 rating. Meter readings are not updatung since 40days. No proper response if a complaint us registered. Will never get a line to talk to an agent. Submitted for cal back 15 days ago but no call received. Very poor service

App is not getting started at all. Tried all options.
not updated, no reading, not old readings, no old payments, it empty from everything. it looks nice, but not heplful, the old website method was better. hopefully they will improve it to be better. thank you for your efforts.
Although the update solved some problems, but I still cannot pay the bill after entering the readings. In addition bills must contain more information and to be more detailed, such as previous meter readings and its date
Very poor app. Does not update the bill even after updating the meter. It does not reduce the amount I paid . It does not show baladiya charges . Worst app performance, filed a complaint through the app one month ago but no response till now
Previous version was good. Now I see the English language is switched on but after logging in its still Arabic? How? Why?. Developers should look into this minor issues before launching or updating the mobile app. Hope this will be resolved
The new application is not helping at all .. the payment amount is always 0 even if I update the meters so I cannot pay through the app .. however in 6 months back I could pay normally.. please fix this big issue
Why bother with this app if smart meters aren't available?!! I won't pay a single fils through this app if I don't see my bill calculated automatically upon writing civil ID without entering readings manually.
The previous edition of app was well doing all the function we need but now the app is useless, it is for setteling the payments only I think the update was not written well by the developer . Re consider the app for best . Regards
Knowing our due bills thru the app saves a lot of delays in clearing pending amounts and thereby disconnection. Keep up the good job.
This was the first time I paid my electricity bill on line via MEW-PAY App , it was easy and I did it on my own without anyone's help Now I will help my neighbour to do the same. Thanks MEW for this great app. Michael Dsouza.
It is a big jump through using this application it saves our time and easier to follow our payments also from anywhere outside Kuwait. Now nobody has excuse to not pay his bills on time.
Good initiative. But does not allow you to create an account, thereby rendering it unusable🙈 Same for their website.
