The functionality is good, when it works - I appreciate the rewards and the $3 to try it. However... The app needs some kind of memory. I switched to my text messages to check my wife's order after I'd started entering things, then went back and everything was wiped, so I had to re-enter it after I wrote it down so I didn't have to switch apps. That includes re-selecting which store I was ordering from. I entered her order, then was about to start mine and had to do something. Came back and my phone had gone to the lock screen. No big deal right? Unlock the phone, and everything was wiped again, including the stuff in the cart. I had to re-enter my wife's order a third time, and then enter mine. The good part is that the payment process was easy, and once the order was in and placed the rest of the process is smooth and flawless - walked in at the designated time and the order was ready to go on the rack, no issues. Add some memory, allow it to work switching between apps, and you'll get much better reviews. As it is, it's almost unusable.

This app is horrendous. There's no way to redeem credit or rewards. It doesn't save your order or make it easy to edit orders- you have to start at the beginning. They removed the ability to add extra portions as well if you wanted double on a particular ingredient. You'd think they would make improvements especially since it's not really safe to go in to order right now.

The app barely works and it is so frustrating that you might as well order through the website. Between a bad color scheme where you can't see items and the inability to even scroll without the page jumping back up, it is a bit of a headache. The app would benefit from using text that actually stands out from the background and having the different aspects of the order work independently. For some reason, the wrong location was selected, and correcting it meant starting from scratch. Nah.

Tldr; it works, but doesn't save order history and UI could be improved Scrolling on the app is finicky. Going up and down should be a basic thing, but it gets stuck on swipes pretty often. It only sometimes saves my order history. Combined with a changed local menu(?), sometimes when it saved my order, it said the order was invalid, so I had to make a new one anyways. UI used to have same colored font/background, making it hard to read. Appears fixed now?

This app has the absolute worst UI. There's a lot of dark text on dark background, it erases your cart if it needs to reload for ANY reason, and if you let go when scrolling without stopping first, it bounces to the top of the list. The login you use does NOT match their site - you can't even migrate to the site to get away from this trash. This is so awful I'm switching to the site and throwing away $60 of progress towards rewards so that I don't put my phone through a wall.

Worst App ever! Terrible to navigate as everytime you get interrupted or have to multi task it kicks you out, food items and pictures do not match, when scrolling down the view finder shakes and will not go where you direct it. After 4+ attempts of trying to put in a delivery order it tells me location is outside delivery zone. I was hoping to use this often as I have to do small catering orders to my clients now because of COVID. Never again, total waste of 1 hour, ZERO STARS!

I love Mezeh's food but I usually give up after struggling with the app. It's jumpy so I accidentally select things I don't want. Once done, I can barely review my order because text & background colors are close. Sometimes there's nothing in my bag after I finish ordering or I have to sign in to complete things and change my password because I never remember it. After spending 30+ minutes fiddling with the app & trying to apply promo codes, I usually go elsewhere.

This is the worst ordering app I think I've ever used. I have to scroll through dozens of locations that are hundreds of miles away to find the ONE that is within 20 miles. If you click the wrong button, you have to start all over again. Lots of the text is light gray on dark gray, which is hard enough to see in dark conditions let alone the sunlight shining min my car window. After I finally got my order ready and checked out, the app crashed, so I went somewhere else. Keep losing money, Mezeh.

This app is absolute trash. It's just a wrapper around the mobile website and manages to be an even worse user experience than just using your phone's web browser. Scrolling only sometimes works, and if the app reloads for any reason your cart is cleared. Switching to other apps and switching back to this one reloads the app and clears your cart. Just use the website instead

This sucks both online and on the app. It says unlimited toppings and won't let me choose the same things i was able to a year ago. It also takes forever to fid the right location unless I put the physical address in from Google maps. I also can't scroll on the page without it jumping up repeatedly.

Wish I could give zero stars.This is hands down the absolute worst restaurant mobile app I have ever seen. Sure, it's pretty, but very difficult to navigate, can't find what you want most of the time (I wanted a pita, all I can find are bowls), and it's very hard to scroll. Just awful. The creator should be shot. I literally uninstalled it and ordered from Chipotle instead. Too bad. I wonder how much business they are losing due to this joke of an app. Ah well.

Love the food, but the app is frustrating. It is buggy and doesn't seem to be well integrated between payment, rewards and the menu. Half the time I end up ordering food elsewhere because I lose my patience with the app.

This app needs a serious upgrade. 1) It's very easy to accidentally erase your order if you press the wrong "back" arrow. 2) Once an order is created, you have to resign-in to your account to check out. But it won't let you sign-in. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've use it, I've had to check out as a guest.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. At first I was actually blaming myself and my phone for what was going on. The app makes you think youve forgotten your password but in reality it just doesnt work. After going in and putting in your info it will just redirect you to another site to create another account which is useless because once youre finally able to login, get ready to spend an hour trying to place the order. It will reset after literally anything you click.

I find it absolutely mind boggling that with a 1.7 star rating, there are no efforts to fix this app. Deleting. The app is inoperable right now, even though the restaurant is open. It keeps bringing me to a page that looks like a website that wants me to download the app 🤦‍♀️ Update: something is definitely still wrong with this app. Makes me sad. Update: I HATE THIS APP. No one should ever feel this angry ordering food. Fix your app or you lose me as a customer. Just done.

Don't even bother downloading this app, it's just the browser version of the ordering system except less effective. Also, the pay screen froze about ten times when I tried to order. Nevermind the fact that if you hit back AT ALL in the app, it wipes your entire order.

This is the single worst food app I have ever used. The icons shrink when you scroll, my location is difficult to find on the menu. The order clears regularly. I have never had a good experience using the app. The food is always good.

Scrolling is buggy and laggy. Paying is confusing. Seems like it opens up another merchant and you add credit card info twice. When arriving at the store, the order wasn't ready on time even though there weren't many customers dining.

Atrocious. The iOS app works fine, but it's still a bit goofy. We had to use that one to place an order because the Android app is so terrible. Seriously, this is just a bad port of the mobile site that is laggy, doesn't cache anything, and sucks for navigation. Truly horrible. Hands down the worst food-related app I've used.

Poorly designed app. Also do not use the app if you have an award already, because you will not have the option of not using it. It will automatically use your reward instead of giving you the option to choose when you want to use it. This app really sucks and you can tell their developers really do not know what their doing. Cava's app is 10 times better and even looks better as well.

Forced to use this garbage app cause my location no longer exists on the website, wonder what thd deal with that is... And this app sucks for many reasons; Its buggy and laggy You dont get rewards for simply using it, you have to jump through more hoops and after you realize your rewards are not registering. And when yoj finally get the rewards, I have no idea how youre supposed to use them. I used this app bout 4 years ago and its still shih today. Lose levelup, all their apps are garbage.

This app is a joke. It doesn't run well and I've had orders not received that I placed through it and was charged for. Right now I'm sitting at mezeh Charlottesville 29 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and they told me they've never received my order. Luckily I still have everything pulled up from the third party website this joke of an app links you to for payment. Also, the rewards are just 10% off.

Terrible. Can no longer use loyalty rewards when checking out. Used to be able to select rewards then pay the difference. Now I have to pay full in card without option to use reward.

Colors are hard to read, scrolling is buggy when selecting items, Can't set stores to be favorite so have to scroll to through them all each time, appears to be disconnect between app and store -orders rarely complete when app says they will be

Works to pay or earn rewards in store. The order ahead function on the app never seems to work though. Ever time I click order ahead, it gets stuck on the load screen. Please fix your app.

Too complicated to use. When I tried to order, app went to payment option but when I messed up the login, it lost my order. Easier and faster to go to restaurant.

0 stars. This app is terrible. It will save you NO TIME over standing in line and ordering. Interface is clunky, scrolls slowly, requires too much info, and doesnt execute. AVOID THIS APP!

Such a convoluted process to order via the app. Make it simple like most other apps and add Google pay as a payment option.

Can't scroll by year to select your birthday when registering. The app just loads the website and takes you out of the app and opens a browser to pay. It kept giving me 500 errors when I tried to sign in to pay. Just a bad experience overall

-can't scan menu because pictures are too busy loading. -no text only menus -does not synch w restaurant. Allowed me to order food not available at the location.
