This has been a wonderful addition to my banking options....espesially since I have been out of state the last 6 months. I love being able to deposit my checks....!!!
The connection for recurring payments is flawed in the mobile app. There is no way to access or set up recurring payments from the menu!
Is very easy to use. Staff at branch office are tech savvy enough to help an older customer.
They need to have it to where it updates transactions more often. Instead of once a day. It has been a week since mine has shown any activity.
The app has a clean layout. Easy to read and easy to use. Able to do many things.
Easy to view your balances and some activities, not all. Bill pay is more difficult to make changes to.
I've been using this app for years now, it's the only banking app that doesnt crash and its user friendly. 10/10

I was scammed on a telephone call. And ended up giving up some of my banking information , I felt stupid. I was lucky enough to be routed to Desiree malmberg. She told me I wasn't the only one. Had made me feel better. LOL . She helped me change some security stuff. And walked me through getting everything working again. I felt stupid she fixed it for me she's awesome.
