Totally useless You can not transact anything on this app. Registering to use the app is an uphill task especially with the bank staff who also don't know how to on-board/register customers. Login in is a challenge. Has a login failure rate of about 90% And once you are logged in, there's no transaction you will be able to complete because the app no longer works. Only checking balance service allowed. Such a big disappointment!
Chase had a better way of running things, rarely ever had issues with the app now it's the norm with SBM. I cannot even log in!! Just uninstall as it's now consuming phone storage no other purpose.
Since the recent upgrade this app has closed me out and indicates my number is not registered yet I have used mfukoni regularly for several years, for sure more than six years (it was the same mfukoni name for Chase). Customer service has not been helpful. SBM you can do better, we stuck with the bank during its difficulties, This is the worst during my 8yrs with Chase / SBM, don't mistreat old clients, my loyalty is diminishing.
I installed it and it has not worked for me since yesterday. Called customer service was ask to uninstall and install. Its proving to be a bigger headache. I would have saved time simply driving to the bank. Am done with this app.
The worst banking app I've ever used. I can't access my account, I can't load my prepaid card, my pin is never working despite changing it several times, I can neither transact through M-Pesa nor ATM, I have so many complaints but Kama Mimi tu, 'customer service' does not even know how to handle them. What's the need of providing mobile banking services if I can't access the major services I need via mobile. So disappointing.
Overall the app is very nice. Ease of use, execution of tasks is fast. The developers have done a great job here. The only reason for not giving 5 star to the bank is because of the customer care. Its like some don't have a clue of what you are asking. They give you different answer for a different question. Not all of them anyway
Whenever you need to use it there always appears to be a system error. This has been going on for over three months now. Right now it's just taking up space on the phones storage. Uninstalling.
I find the app easy to navigate around and transact. However the user interface may complicate new users though.
Whoever developed this app should be jailed. You can't login after registering while still getting a successful login notification. UI looks unprofessional too. Get new developers or you'll lose a lot of customers
One of the most useless Apps, keep crashing, making us look like liers in front of people who we want to send money to. Get a new developer, this one is a bad App from me. Not reliable at all...
Very disappointing......takes me two hours to receive my money once I've withdrawn and now I cant even access the account on this app. Just disappointed and wouldn't recommend
I drop my stars from 4 to 1 since the application aint working on my Samsung ..despite numerous attempts it gives a blank white screen..till you fix that maybe will reconsider!
When I try to log in the keypad remains inactive and I can't access the app. Whoever is developing this app is surely sleeping on the job
App seems to be unavailable constanlty whenever trying to send Mpesa to a number or any other services. Also sometimes cannot sign in
After the upgrade, I cannot login. Its says I'm not registered yet I was before the upgrade. 2 weeks down the line no help from customer care.
It good app but most of the time when u need money it fails you doue to system maintenance you get alot of error.
I can now smile as the Bank to Mepsa services are fully back. The reason as to why I did not give all 5 stars is because they took a very long time to restore those services.

It used to be good before but nowadays its just ridiculous! You cannot access your account, you cannot log in.....when you call customer service you are given same old story........its all rubbish! Pathetic!
Add more features to the app. Paying directly to a paybill number. All in all works great

The worst app ihave used, you deposit money on friday just to be told it will be in your account on monday ,if you have an emergency during the weekend you can't access.really disappointed with the app

Fast, reliable .brilliant at mpesa transactions since receipiend identity is enabled..though we cann't reverse the transaction .secondly only a limited paybill service providers in your panel
Useless App ever ,everyday authentication problems , or blocked or network problems u guy's need to check your systems or else u will lose customers.
Very bad app despite sending emails about it I cannot log in our out ,one can get stuck when you have emergency while thinking you have an online app that can come in handy,I have had to uninstall and install and still same old it ,does not work,and customer service not reliable, mpesa also not working, I'm reconsidering my loyalty. I'm so disappointed 😞...if there was a zero star
