Mgm has 2 accounts for me. They have merged the accounts at the properties several times over but no one can help me get my true account on this app. It is the wrong number and if i uninstall and try to put in the correct # it just reverts to the defunct #. I am a Gold member but it only shows up as Sappihire. I get emails reflecting offers based on my Gold status but i can not access any of it on the app! And no one seems to bw able to correct this!
Complete waste of time. You choose dates at top and click book stay. Takes ten seconds. Then shows a list of cities but just hangs with spinning blue circle for minutes. Never does anything else. Tried many times can't get any further. Also when I pick another option it doesn't even keep me logged in when I was logged in last I used it. Also I put info in and it is only app I have seen that says not regognized by Samsung pass. So they will not let Samsung save info. Uninstall
Started signing up for an account, got interrupted when room was ready, created account issues that can't be resolved. Wasn't able to use the key to log in due to no service. After a few hours it logged me out and with my account giving me issues it now is completely useless. I recommend using it to log in, get the plastic key, then uninstall the app.
Been trying to get SOMEONE to correct my last name on the app and NOONE seems to capable of that task. They tell me the their system show the correct name and I tell them that's not my complaint. The mobile app and desktop app don't reflect the correct last name. Not that difficult to understand. The incorrect name on mobile app doesn't allow me to check in because it's not the same name on the reservation. uuuhhhh!!!
The app will not save your digital key. You have to have an active internet connection to access your room key. No cell phone services work in the elevator lobbies and MGM Wi-Fi does not work in the elevator lobby. Save the key to your phone for your reservation period and the vote goes up.
Maddening experience. It fails every damn time I try to complete the process. I click the link in the confirmation text and then it fails. Come on developers - get your S together, assuming you do this for a living. What a waste of an hour when I'm leaving in the morning for the Mirage.
While it was nice we could sign in for the room @Excalibur, the digital room key didn't work. We tried both phones--nada. So we still had to wait in line for keys to get access to the room, which we waves to avoid
Room key doesn't load immediately because of poor service in the hotel, so you're standing in the elevator waiting for it to finish before you can do anything, which is absolutely terrible. When we checked in, we got an error that it didn't work, but then a notification several minutes later that our room was ready. There's no option to contact anyone in the app, so you're left without any help or support unless you actually go to the front desk. It's just a very buggy and broken app.
App does not work after login. No information will load and the app pages are mostly blank. ( App pages look normal if signed out. ) App needs much more work to make it stable.
It's great because I can get everything I need in one App. Rewards, gaming, and all other forms of entertainment. Also, easy to navigate. Thank you MGM (my home away from home đź‘Ś).
Why are there so many morons here reviewing the hotel itself? This is for app reviews. Anyway, the app is garbage. It's broken, won't connect my identification to the reservation, just hangs on a loading screen forever so I can't even access any features of the app.
Check in service works but the digital key is absolute garbage. Got stuck in the elevators multiple times because the app could not generate a valid room key.
The Digital Key is probably one of the more frustrating, inefficient and worthless things to be introduced to humanity since the invention of the square wheel.
Lately it seems that the resorts feel more corporate and less personal towards my platinum status. I lost my concierge of several years because they wanted to force her to get the COVID vaccine. we were like friends. My new concierge at two of the resorts are polite and professional and do their job but to me it seems cold compared to the relationship I used to have.
Worked once, then froze up and wouldn't open again. Reinstalled app, but my ID verification continually failed and couldn't use it. Junk.
Thought my Galaxy S10 was acting up with the app. When I opened it, it said "something went wrong on our end". Happened for days on end even after restating my phone. I then tried to reinstall the app but the same issue. Been going on for over a month now. Update... brand new phone S22+ same issue. Compete trash
would have given 5 stars but without being able to travel for 2 years due to covid they took away our Gold Tier and dropped us to Sapphire instead of Pearl. If this happened to you, please rate them likewise.
They had 3 pools & only 1 was open. It was so crowded that we couldn't even swim. Plus that wasn't very safe. If they close 2 of the pools but open the smallest pool & 100 people are shoulder to shoulder in the pool, that's not safe. So saying they take safety measures is not a true remark.
The first time you play on it its ok but everytime after that you can barely hit anything on their slots, let alone actually win. They didn't give me the free thursday spins either. Completely disgusted with mgm.
Every time I try to log in it gives me an error. I'm logged in, just can't do anything. I'm supposed to be able to book my reward hotel stay to avoid paying a fee to talk to an agent but the darn app won't work!
App refuses to load. Despite being on the hotel WiFi or fully on 4G the app just shows a loading screen without providing any useful information. My phone went from 20% battery to 0% trying to find my hotel room number but eventually my phone crashed and I had to resort to asking a staff member to help me. Fix the app or expect serious delays checking in and accessing your room.
Doesn't work as advertised. The app isn't bad to get basic info about the resort but the ways they advertise you to use it don't work. The digital key tool works like 10% of the time, and the mobile check in doesn't display all your room booking details.
