MGS V: THE PHANTOM PAIN

I know its a hopeless endeavor, but I hope this app gets fixed up. I know that they're shutting down the PS3 and Xboax 360 MGSV game servers but I hope this app gets an update to fix it. I'd like to use it, I still play the game. I can't imagine it takes much to fix the app up to make it usable again. It's a fine app, it's just rated low cause it's no longer supported

Both Companion apps I use (Fallout4 & MGSTPP) just get shut down this a big Loss I didn't see no issue with either one.

the app no longer works, now it's forcing people to buy the game, even if they already own it. there has to be some kind of food to resolve this issue. once resolved i will give a better rating.

Was great, now forgotten. App no longer functions and only links to the developers website. Shame, I still play top and this used to be handy.

why isnt this app working any more like it is supposed to. the only thing that pops up is a think so you can buy the game but I already own the game

No longer an actual app, merely requests certain permissions, then provides a webview of the MGS5 Konami website.

Just loads a webpage instead of connecting to the game

I just get an error code 5503, log in page dies after half a second, perhaps an issue with my version of Android and the default web browser it uses or some malarky, complete bullcrap regardless. Buttons on side are also damn near impossible to see.

Yea it's nice to use the map when playing so you don't always have to load it on TV, but that's all.... Doesn't do anything else. Would be nice to be able to log in and control the combat deployments, get rewards or even show all the plants, material, vehicles on map etc. Also would be cool if they had mini mission games

Downloaded this 7 times. After downloading the very high storage space map, I go to connect idroid on the main menu screen. My phone goes black for 15 seconds, the kicks me outta the app. Also no where in game, on this page, or any website does it say that it doesn't work with The Definitive Experience version of The Phantom Pain. This is as misleading as everything EA Games, Activision, Ludia and Nexon put out. But not as bad as Bandai Namco.

The idea they had for this was great make your phone your Idroid however the buttons for the map are not labeled so you have to cycle through until late you find what you want and you won't know where they are until late you hit random parts of the screen (the first few times I used this is thought you had to close and reopen to go back out of the map) and the cassette tapes are cool but I can only use music tape 1 music tape 2 doesn't even show up. feels very rushed to be released

Not compatible with the PC game which is outrageous. This app is proof of Konami's apathy towards the MGS saga. In short I hope for nothing but bad things for whoever made these decisions in Konami while I pray the best for Hideo Kojima who lost his prized series like a mother who had her baby snatched from her.

The app shuts down and says error every time I try to connect to my ps4. I've uninstall the app on my Galaxy S8 and reinstalled it but it still won't let me connect. The app crashes when I enter the numbers from my ps4 and tries to connect. This makes me so Angry Konami! Come on! Please fix this. I love the mgs franchise and you're ruining it. Please fix this app!

Doesn't work online and tbh it'd probably be easier to just hit your start button on your controller lmao. The mgs site also says they're discontinuing this app late 2018. It seems to have been a waste of potential anyway. Thanks to Xbox for making mgs5 tpp free this month though. I love Metal Gear"!" and hope the next installments keep getting bigger and better... with working companion apps too hopefully lol. Pull your heads out Konami

I have this awesome game on my Xbox 360 but like all the other users of Xbox 360 I would like to know that why is there no compatibility option for it when you have it for PS3. The one extra star I gave you is for the brilliant game you made otherwise this app deserves 1 star (for Xbox 360 and PC users) I have also noticed that you are not even replying to our issues which I think is very irresponsible from your side. Please fix the issues or atleast reply to us because you definitely deserve better ratings

I have tried 5 times to get this to work and every time after I enter the code it just says the app stopped working. Please fix this as the app is a cool concept, having your phone as the idroid. Until then it's a 1 star from me.

The buttons aren't marked, that's not a huge deal you get used to it. Its only a map though you should be able to control online dispatch missions and check resources. Maybe it notifies you when Your FOB is attacked. There is a huge opportunity for expansion that was not taken.
