If I could I will give this zero star. Super unreliable app, every time I try to log in there's always issue. I am sure my password is correct and when I tried resetting it email could not be found. Can't log in every time I am at the clinic so what's the point of having insurance as I have to pay from my own pocket anyways.
Worst app ever! I wanted to not even give any star! Everytime I want to access the app im required to set up my account. Every single timecard! When its done I cant even see my ecard as the app can't display my ecard. The only part that is working is the list of clinics on the panel. Truly useless app..i rather carry a hardcopy of my card around...
This is the worst all ever. It's design is bad and unintuitive and it's impossible to find anything that I really need. Worse, it doesn't even function like it's supposed to. Hateful and a horrible waste of time trying to navigate the app and to see a doctor
Ever since the new update, due to PDPA, when request to sign in with your password, the reply box says unable to verify your password, hence have to go thru the whole routine of setting up the app before it recognise the email address and password and then launch the OTP. Really frustrating. 👎👎👎👎
I'm lucky I didn't experience negatively like many others here by far. Fingers cross... quite ok app. Easy to search for clinics. However should have a "starred" function so we can shortlist clinics we preferred or had visited.
Unable to login into the apps..uninstall n install back the apps still no different..how to go n see doc or find the nearest clinic like that..
Can't complete setup. Just keeps saying network issue for the past 1 week
Can't even load E-card, unable to use it to see doctor. Not reliable at all.
Worst app ever, never update every clinic the exact correct operating hours, wasted every of my time reaching the clinic but then it actually closes on Sundays
keep asking to login but password is not accepted... rubbish... worst of all, support team always suggest things like uninstall and reinstall...
Server is down, trying to do first-time login.. it has been down since 18/01 morning.. App developer please do something!
Always having issues with the app, cannot login, fail to retrieve data, etc... One of the most unfriendly app created. If given a choice will bar this app permanently
This app keeps stopping just after a few seconds at the ecard page. The clinic staff needs to see my ecard for verification but i can't get the app to stay open long enough. Very annoying
Hospitals do not accept screen capture of the e-card. The otp to login the app is sent to office email only...that means need to carry laptop and mobile to hospital. That's really bad... I guess it's purposefully designed that way to avoid cashless payment. Physical card is far better.
Very poorly designed workflow...so difficult to even get the setup working. after several attempts it keeps saying NRIC not found. So many of us are foreigners and have FIN, helpers have workpermit and fin and none seems to work.
E card does not show up when the terms and condition changed. It says to update app but I am already using the latest version! What kind of ridiculous app is this? And I have no choice but to use because my company is only using this useless app for e card!
Bad Keep getting error message that server is experiencing some issue try again later. I can't complete my account setup, and can't use the app.
So far so good. A dark theme would be really nice, less strain for the eyes especially when using the app at night or in very low light environment.
Doesn't load the e-card. Continuously, times out. As the card would not load the clinic didn't honour my insurance and I had to pay from my pocket. The app is highly unreliable, if you decide to use it better carry the physical card as backup.
It doesn't save the recent email after logout and reset to original default email. It results in subsequent logins with wrong password/email. Have to keep setting up account to log in.
Easy to use app. No issues if you select the correct program and key in the correct details. Check with my HR for the details.
Unable to update app to 'log in via email' Keep getting a pop up asking to update the app.. But even after verifying the current setup/account.. The app won't let me proceed further
Wow your map is bad. I am having low back pain, walk around slowly and painfully for 30 mins and cannot find shenton medical marina bay link. I should have known better to just open google map instead. It was wrong to trust the app map
Ecard sometimes fail to load. That's the main feature using this app since it went paperless. Admin need to ensure 100% uptime.
It keeps saying connection is out and not registering any update after I logged in. Have tried 2 times still the same issues...very poor user interface
Lousy app. Cannot receive 4 digit authentication code, how to do account set-up?? Even on and off the hp and delete and reinstall the app also doesnt work. Company provide this medical e card for what when i cant even use it :(
Every time i use this app have to re-do my set up. And now i total cannot even set up. The app promp pop up nric/fin not found.
have to use this app to show the hospital my card. Viewing the card on a mobile phone is far worse than carrying a physical card -- the app doesn't allow zooming in so that one can see clearly the text on the card. Also the information of claims and visits are out of sync. It would also be nice to add a function on how much has been spent and what the balance of the coverage is.
