just not worth the money
I cannot log in, I tried several times
Half working app just like the new one. Maybe both aps can be combined for one working one.
To not have a finalized stable product. The new app you have released is worst then this one and now after our company using your product for multiple years you still have disappointed not only our company but many more. We pay you monthly and it isn't for nothing. Get it together Mhelpdesk.
The app is much better than using the browser. However the app is very limited. Being able to change appointment headings in the app would make it much better. Any Android browser on the mHelpDesk site lags and is horribly difficult to navigate.
App breaks every time you update it. Are they testing it at all
What has happened... no maps work, scheduling etc...
Words fail me. How can something so bad can be touted as a time saver and an aid to business development? Whether you're accessing Mhelpdesk on a pc, ipad or android, the experience is riddled with poor design, bugs and irregularities. Worse than useless and doesn't even deserve the one star rating. Please - if you value your time and sanity, do not buy into Mhelpdesk.
We have been using Mhelpdesk for about 1 1/2 years now. I must say it is a very good app and system. While it does have some bugs the developers do their best to address them with each update.
What happened to the mobil app. Now everytime you login, it set's the view to "my list". Then you have to find your personalized list. The "my list" is pointless because it can't be customized. HOW TO WE GET THESE FEATURE BACK???????????? Can we go back a version on the mobil app. I NEED answers, how do I fix this!!!!!! Service guys in the field are missing appointments because of something you guys did and we have no control over it. We have struggled to make your product work
Another six months and this update brings only "bug fixes." Almost 3 years since the promise of mHelpDesk "2.0" and still we only get "bug fixes." The amount of money and worse, time, that my company invested in this software package is shameful. It could be a really great product if only it could get out of its own way and actually make some improvements. Until then we're left left with wishing about what it could be.
What the hell... after last update yesterday I am unable to use this app on Android tablets and phones. It is crucial part of my daily job because WAS main customer input point in the shop - they are putting their initial information directly in the system during taking-in process. Application itself getting slower and slower (the same for web version ).
This app has so much potential. However, the engineers just don't understand how people think in the field. We have been waiting on the new phone app for well over six months. And yet we still can't seem to get it. When you put the description of a work order at the bottom of your custom fields it causes continuous frustration and user error. Technicians reach a point where they stop looking at information. We are your customers. We matter. Currently we are looking for new software
Your app for android is garbage. Stop porting the iOS app and make a full fledged Android app. This app lags and goes slow on even the most powerful phones. Atleast make a mobile version for your website
Takes so long to find tickets and navigate, it is just a completely unusable app. If you only have one job on your list maybe it will work. The Mhelpdesk support is just awful! One to avoid
The app does not have all the features of the web. The missing functions are what I need in the field to manage my work. One is the system information for a customer. The one piece of information really needed when on site.
Crashes all the time

When will you get some functionality to this app?
Why don't you just kill the app?!!! It hardly works and when it barely does, it's just junk that's destroying my nerves!!!!
Every Week it's something New....Always a new Bug every time they update it which is every week it seems like....can't even work Saturday's cause it always freezes up....mhelp desk excuse is always it must be my devices which we have just about every brand apple & Droid devices....or they will say we can't recreate the problem so can't help you...lol....a bunch of crap just like this app
This app is very time saving and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this app! I have not had any of the problems that I read about bugs or it being slow. I did have a slight hiccup when i would go to take a photo and it would restart but I updated the app and all is good. Hope this helps.
App won't run in landscape mode and won't show the right half of the menu.

Every time they update the app, they introduce more bugs. In the current version, you can't even add recorded time entries to an invoice (in previous versions it automatically added time entries to a new invoice as it should). The previous update broke keyboard/text entry so that now the keyboard covers the field you're entering (older versions moved the field above the keyboard so you could see what you were typing). That bug carried over into the latest version. There are more bugs, but I'm out of room.
Why is this app so slow?? It Shouldnt be resource heavy at all so I don't get it.
Faster than ever
A year ago I would have rated this app 4-5 stars, but it has been getting progressively more unstable. From not setting nor allowing me to set a date in the main page, to telling me I have no internet connection(not the case) and creating duplicates of my work orders.
