I see people complaining that it wasn't working but this is the only app I have seen that was pretty accurate for which phone wasn't mhl compatable. I did test it on 4 phones and out of 4 one did say compatibility was there.
I didn't think my redmi note 5 would support mhl and this app confirmed it. Phone manufacturers forums will insist if they support otg then mhl is supported to but they are wrong. In old school terms there is no hardwired video out. App is a timesaver thanks.
Amazing app. When i checked mhl support to my mobile or not it shows sorry ur mobile does not support mhl I was i shock and suddenly it shows my mobile name then i believed that this app is really best app to check That ur mobile has mhl or not. Before buying mhl kit plz check form this app 😎😎😎😎😎 It's a excellent app to check.
its a stupid app made it to bring more money to owner ! money from downloads and ads Stupid owner stupid app I have a BlackBerry Priv , and this app its saying that is compatible MHL .But i didnt find it in any list on internet that is compatible. And i buy it oneMHL adapter and guess what , IS NOT COMPATIBLE MY PHONE WITH MHL ! F U C K YOU WITH YOUR STUPID APP !! Im curious is you wil reply to my rewiew and what you will say ? Buy one phone like mine and you will see , that your app its stupid
Not really checking anything with your hardware, just looking for device on some incomplete list.
It just works. The ads are a bit annoying but I understand why they are there, and they don't really bother me since I'm going to use this app only one time.
So I can confirm it gave me a real answer as I know my phone doesn't support it and it confirmed it (nice note 2 for the photos)

My device doesn't support mhl that's kinda sad but they've got it accurately

Simply doesn't work. I have the Huawei P20 Pro amd this app says that the phone doesnt support MHL when in fact I ise the USB C to HDMI cable perfectly fine. If your wanting to chexk your phone with this app then I would suggest to buy a cable off eBay and see if it works, if it doesnt then send it back.
