MHV Mobile Banking

It's good, but it has an external link you have to go to for your Visa account and the balances don't show up on the accounts list accurately. I was assessed a late fee because I didn't pay this month's payment because it said zero due on the accounts list. But, there is excellent customer service and as long as I made the payment that day they would drop the late fee charge.

I use this app primarily for check deposit. Ever since the update, I can no longer use the one thing I need it for. The deposit function is horrifically broken. Tap the screen, double tap, smack it, nothing. On the occasions I get it to photograph, it's just a black screen. Called support and they have no idea what I was talking about. Promised to look into it and call me back. A month later, nothing. Only a problem on Android apparently.

I like this app ok, but I don't love it. The bill payer function needs improvement, in my opinion. I can only scroll down payee list. If I pass the account I want to pay, I can't simply scroll up to get it. Instead I have to go back to the top and scroll down again. Also, I'd find it helpful to see the prior payment amount while I'm entering the data. I much prefer using my computer rather than this app.

Could have more capabilities, but everything from its UI and its speed is perfect. It executes everything it wants to do flawlessly, which is surprising because plenty of other apps can't get anywhere near this level of precision and ease. It's never a hassle and it's always easy. highly recommended.

It makes my life easier with this app. Glad I switched to this bank. Wish the ATM was this easy to navigate.

This is the worst serviced financial institution ever. Everything is delayed. The app never works, it seems to always be "unavailable". I do not recommend using this bank at all.

Mobile deposit camera to sensitive. I have to take the image at least a half a dozen times sometimes more.

Highly recommend - It's simple and does EXACTLY what it's supposed to. Nothing more and nothing less.

Great to check my balance, but the pay bills function stopped working several updates ago. I emailed customer service about it and they said it was addressed, but it still doesn't work. You can fill out all the info but once you try to click on the pay button nothing happens.

Not a fan, 90% of the time it's slow to load or if it does load its a blank screen. Eventually I get to it and if you make a transfer again it takes forever, longest I've waited was 7 minutes. Please improve because I'm not even using an old phone, it's a Samsung galaxy S20 Ultra.🤷‍♂️

The app allows me to access my accounts when I am not near a computer. The review app has "trasfer" instead of transfer and the questions are all in past tense, e.g., "liked" instead of "like" as if I do not intend to use it anymore. :)

It's okay! It's very minimalist and not very interactive but very helpful. Allows you to see your account number and routing number very easily. Paying bills and making transfer can be done in the app as well!

A little difficult to use at times. The payment option don't work, you'll have to do a transfer to get payments on loans. I also am not able to set up autopay.....I think this app could use some serious work.

App is efficient, easy user interface and fast transactions. Even in the actual bank they are super quick. I am a new member but so far I love the bank and I love the App. 4 stars only because member number is impossible to find in app or web.

Love scanning checks so I dont have to go to the bank! The app makes things easy.

Gets the job done. The check deposit feature is a bit outdated, with some quirks like multiple prompted reviews of the pictures, but it functions well enough for my purposes.

Mobile check deposit has gone downhill recently. Used to be a snap. Now I take a picture of the front of the check and I get logged out of the app. Happens 1-5 times every time I try to deposit a check. I'm happy with the app overall but mobile deposit is one of the main reasons I want to use the app, so for me the app has become sub par.

Very helpful app. No real issues. Was helpful before the pandemic, even more crucial now due to distancing. Only problem is now I don't get to see the local tellers, who are super friendly at my local branch.

It would be great except that check deposit feature has been virtually non functional for the better part of the last year.vbeen banking with them for 12 years, and really disappointed they cant straighten it out.

I find the best use for this app is transfers and checking on account balances. The camera for depositing checks on app is too frail. Even if you get the whole check in it will give you errors.

Streamlined app, simple and effective. Loads fast which to me is really important. The app allows for quick navigation between various accounts.

The app poorly interlocked with backend banking for photo check deposit. The app says that you can deposit $10,000 in checks. However, the backend requires that $2,500 or more is manually verified during normal business days (not published anywhere). Friday check means Monday, then hold. The backend does acknowledge recieved of $2,500 check or any checks after $2,500 is reached.(not published anywhere). Fix this for a better rating, suggestion to staff over phone remains unanswered!

Love this app. Very convenient. Love the mobile deposit/transfer transactions.

I love that my bank has an app, but I don't like that more often then not it tells me my information is not available at this time and when I pay my card it takes 3 to 4 days to be able to use. What if there is an emergency and I need My money right away. Both of these problems are very inconvenient and stressful. I needed to get gas the day I found out that you can't use your card after you pay it off and luckily I had another card as well to use because I had no money for gas or a tow.

Great banking app. Quickly see all my bank, CD and loan accounts, details and can quickly handle any transaction I am looking to do. Easy to understand interface.

Remote deposit frustrating to say the least. Some checks no matter how many times I snap the back if the check it says there is no endorsement tells me to view to make sure it has an endorsement (which it does) and still will not take it.. i hate going into the branch not the most friendliness bunch.
