This worked fine right up to the update. Now it still works, but I get an error message "Error when fetching the data" every time I use the app. AND I have to swipe through 5 screens to get there. It's supposed to be an update not a downgrade. Edit Thank you for fixing the error messages. Now please fix the 5 intro screens. Very bad. Set up everything and it all works fine. Come to use it again and nothing works. Tried everything suggested. Rubbish! Now app won't even run...it seems that the software is even worse than the hardware if that is possible...

app their seems to be major ongoing issues with the infrastructure that the app uses. Fantastic conspect applied by the app and infrastructure (when it applies timers etc). Groups are useful but timers can't be applied in the app. Recently had to delete and reinstall the app following an update that corrupted the local install.

Since my last phone upgrade the app keeps stopping, doesn't look like the software is moving with tech (2019). 2 years later I am having the same issues so today I cannot adjust my lighting times with the early morning daylight. My home is no longer saving money it is adding to my bills. Come on guys I met you as a start up at the gadget show where has the enthusiasm gone?

This used to be a great system and I extended it through the house. Since recently,( April/Mar 2022), the App does not even open before crashing. Numerous emails to the manufacturer have replies telling me its now sorted but this is untrue. Now the whole lot is useless. I'm very angry.

Have used for what seems like ten years. Today I get an advert and the app crashes afterwards when I try to do anything. Please fix or I have to replace all my power control devices...

Yet another new update, and this time it loads without crashing, good to see the app finally getting some much needed attention. Yet to see if geolocation is working properly, so will update after testing it out.

I had no problem with this product until very recently. It was extremely stable, and I have many, many pieces of kit. Now it doesn't work at all ! Apparently it needed an update due to some requirement from the platform it operates. Waste of money now. If I haven't had resolution in a week, I will seek legal advice

Used to work well but recently updated and now wont open. App is quite basic and looked a little dated before update. More timer slots for plugs would be very useful also.

Latest update broke the app, constantly crashes, here's a thought for you, do some user end testing before rolling it out and making the whole service broken. 4 days later and still no fix from you. Sort it ASAP.

App won't open. Just flashes up and then I get a notification saying there is a bug in the application and I need for them to fix and apply update. I'm still waiting.

EDIT- Thank you for updating, it now works. Original comment: Not happy! After the android was taken down I was relieved to see it on here again, and updated...however, it won't even open now on my S21...garbage!

Now crashes immediately on both Google phone and Samsung tablet after updates to Android 12. Fixed on both devices after latest update. Thank you for quick response.

Success at last!!! Version 5.8.1 - 20th May finally seems to be working. Let's hope a future update in a few more years time doesn't nobble us again....but thanks for your efforts in getting it resolved.

Very happy with this app, it recently stop working for me and I think a lot of other users. But as of today 21/05/2022, Version 5.8.1, its back up and running.

Latest update has completely broken the app. Doesn't even load and get error that the app has a bug and to update after developer has provided an update. Still the same issue after 11thMay22 update. Samsung S20+

Crashes when opening. This is on my Exynos S22 Ultra. Works fine on my Snapdragon variant. I have tried uninstall ING and reinstalling but doesn't open up anymore

The app doesn't work at all since the last update, even after cache clearing, and reinstall The 15 devices I've bought over the years are essentially useless.

After the latest update app will not even open now not the experience you would expect still won't work after the latest update of 13/ 5 /2022 on samsung s20 still doesn't even open 19th/05/2022 my phone says there a bug in the software please fix it .

Never opens, just crashes all the time. Dialogue box comes up and says app has a bug.

Latest updates instant crashes. Spent £££ on their brand of smart plugs and sensors now completely useless.
