It's probably just me, but I couldn't renew my pre-paid plan either on the web or with the app. The web kept on claiming that it was down for maintenance. The app gave error messages just saying to go to a store. I was also confused by a zero balance when I knew I still had time and data remaining.. (This is just feedback, I don't need a reply.)
Not very user friendly. App doesn't do a good job explaining how to use it, and how to get things done on it. Needs to be an English language version also. For example, I was told at the Movistar store I needed money in my wallet to pay for paquetes, instead of just being able to purchase paquetes with my credit card. The app did not explain that process. I should be able to purchase paquetes with my credit card as well as a wallet balance.
Bad experience. A lot of time I can't do a recharge online, sometimes the app doesn't refresh data and other bugs. You should invest more resources to improve this app at the level of other competitors.
Has not worked since I installed it months ago. Now I have a gift for being a customer for these many months, and cannot get to it because the app does not work! Before you begin to answer this with "try this, and try that", I HAVE tried This and That, and it just doesn't work. If you want a good review - fix it!
Doesn't show the same plans I see online. When I 1st added my sim, app wouldn't recognize sim for more than an hour, then wouldn't allow me to add funds THEN after about 12 hours it let me add funds but wouldn't let me buy a package for a few more hours... THEN it wouldn't show me my account info for about 2 days. THEN had to go to Movistar because account status was incorrect. NOW they want me to contact them... which I already did. Hace 7 meses y todavía tengo problemas
Ok to navigate and get by managing an account. Most modern apps have the ability to switch languages, this one does not.
I don't speak Spanish and this app doesn't give me the option of translating it to English so I don't know what I'm pressing here. I used to just use the website to top up but you can't do that now because they force you to use the app which is dumb
1. Can't change language, but ok 2. Registration asks for a phone number, but I just want a SIM for data 3. Inserting SIM card presents blank sign-in form 4. 800 number on card disconnects 5. Frustrating No idea where to go from here
It does not seem to do anything from what I can tell? Then I do not speak or read spanish and there is no option to have another language and they did not make the app to use the phones preferred or default language and that makes it completely useless
Terrible I cannot even pay to add more time, worthless!!!! So I hear from this company as a response to my review! They give me a number to call and the message says they are to busy to take any messages????? WHAT!!!! This is a joke and all I can say is if you are visiting any countries that this so called company is in , do not use this one, worthless!!!!!!!!
Very buggy. Example, after downloaded update Oct 5 2021, olvidaste... contrasena, pop-up, desea recordar... si, and It doesn't do anything, stuck!
It is just like the old one, I can not do anything without having to wait minutes for the app to come back from its crashes

The app is useless and buttons dont even work. Also, get better ways to pay your bad service. Your support team is a joke

You should have some password so you don't have to be doing the whole thing over and over again a password and one click.
Great cell carrier. Even works in north america and Canada with no extra charges.

After registering, I was sent an unencrypted email containing my own password in plaintext. The developers of this app do not know what they are doing with respect to security: don't trust the app with any information you wouldn't want to be public. Since that includes payment information, the app is not useable for its primary purpose: topping up an account balance.
