Steals money - it seems as if you can buy a mobile pass, but when you pay it doesn't give you anything and doesn't explain how to use the pass you bought. UX is terrible and the payment form is different than anything I've ever seen. It has a really goofy non standard billing address field that wants the street AND city, despite having a separate city field. Among the worst apps I've ever seen.

Everytime you minimize the app, and reopen it, it bugs out and says a working connection is required. So then you have to reset the app and wait for the slow load. Our government at work!

I simply want to buy a ticket to go from downtown to the airport. I don't want to register. The way this up should work: 1) Open app, 2) tap on purchase, 3) enter my payment info, 4) the app generates a QR code I can use at the station to board the train. Instead, we get something designed by coders who obviously don't use public transit. I guess I'll have to go Uber instead.

Not friendly user. It has stolen my money so many times. BAD PROGRAMING it looks that the app has never been updated. FRUSTRATING

This app is so buggy. So many times it says no internet so it won't display e-tickets forcing you to shut the app down multiple times for it to work . Thankfully the drivers seem to know the problem but there is always one.... Then sometimes the qr code won't scan to open the gates. Can take up to minute Missed trains because of the delays It pauses background music.

Worst imaginable app. No button, way to plan a ride. Have to enter full address exactly so in payment. Can't autofill, so fumble with your credit card on a busy street corner. Can't accept a phone number without hyphens. Just the most user hostile app I've ever seen. Finally bought a bus ticket, but can't use it, because there's no way to know what route O should take.

Terrible untested software. All the other reviews are correct. This app barely does what it's supposed to do. Not only that; it forces commercials to your phone in the form of videos on the app's home screen. The double whammy is that it not only takes away your device's audio playback stream (the music you're listening to stops). It also wastes mobile data. Currently I have 2.99 GB of data used (1.35 GB mobile data) for a bus tracker app. That is completely unacceptable.

The only nice thing about this app is its ability to favorite bus stops, the older app had you scroll all the way down and it was tedious. However, that is the one and only way this app is superior to its former. The music from all apps I use stops playing, it glitches often, and every time you close the app (not the window) it refreshes so you have to wait for the app to load up. The map opens far to easily and is overall a giant step down from its former glory. Unfortunate.

WOW... Not very easy to navigate. If I need a quick glance to see the next train to know how fast I need to make it to the station, there are way to many steps, even to get to favorites. Please simplify the app and make it easy to see everything on one screen rather than having to be scrolling and clicking around. Previous app was much more transit user friendlier.

This app has always been bad but at least it was usable. This new update breaks it completely by adding a new UI that looks nice but is difficult to navigate and totally useless in any practical way. There used to be a map feature where you could look at bus stops near you and it would display times for when buses would arrive, it was the most useful feature and now it's gone. The people who made this app are jokes and obviously don't use the app.

This was not an upgrade to the last app. Idk if its possible to reinstall it and delete this new downgrade, but that's what I seriously want to do. The other one was well organized on one page, this one is sloppy, more complicated to use. In transit, it must be simple and well organized or it causes people to miss their transportation while messing with a garbage app.

This is an absolutely terrible app. I can no longer just look up schedules for any service provided. And if I can it sure beats me on how to do it, how to navigate to that feature. Instead o am constantly cornered into choosing from what's running near me.. I dont want to use the plan a trip feature because again it boxes you in to the results. Humans have been planning trips using schedules and routes for hundreds of years.

You cannot create an app that is completely different from the old one without a proper tour that explains the new navigation. I am tech savvy and I still find this app confusing and inefficient. You have to login EVERY time you want to see your favorites. I want the old one back (or at least the similar user experience).

I can only get this app to work over WiFi. When I'm on 4G (OnePlus on T-Mobile), nothing will load. I look forward to trying it out when it starts working. It looks promising. Drop to 1 star. Still unusable except on WiFi. Update: The problem seems to be the Private DNS feature of Android. If I turn this off, the app works. Unfortunately, metrorail times are not accurate.

Kar. R. Jan 2, 2020

The new update is visually appealing, but that's about it. Everytime I want to load a page there's a loading animation and it takes forever. Old app was much faster to check arrival times. I often use this app to quickly check if I can make it for the next bus because I'm always on the run. Now I have to wait for it to load and it's a very frustrating experience.

And. B. Jan 6, 2020

What a terrible update. The previous app was cluttered but at least had all the information we needed--bus schedule, for instance. The new design is dark and looks nice. But relevant information is hard to find, every screen requires a lot of scrolling to do. Disappointing.

Ken. P. Jan 17, 2022

Tried to register in the app. Enter anything in the registration that the app doesn't like and it will clear all your entries. Who is testing this thing? Don't even think about using auto complete. Wrong phone format? Clear the entire form. Auto pick a password? Clear the form. My wife spent 30 minutes trying to get it to accept our address and it was equally dumb. Guess they don't want people to actually ride the bus. Super lame.

Mar. N. Jan 30, 2022

It's almost impossible to use this app... Random resets, form autocomplete blocked, most of form field are wrong and doesn't allow correct data input. After trying for 2 days I was able to complete the payment form without errors, the money were taken from my credit card but I still can't see them on the phisical card so I can't use it. They sey it could take 15-30min but I did it 6 days ago! I wrote an email at assistance with all the details and they just say to call the assistance number!

Eri. G. Jan 9, 2020

New app is worse for metrorail. You used to be able to see the next 3 trains for each direction. Now north and south display in the same list. The separation made it easier to identify which line you wanted to take, now it makes it harder to plan when you should be at the station since it only shows the soonest trains.

Adr. S. Jan 6, 2020

This app was updated upon today and the calculations are horrible. Before the update the timing would be on cue with every bus and rail arrivals and departures. Instead of the fancy look the quality is what matters. I uses the app on a daily for every aspect but now that it's updated it has inconvenienced my life and worries to be to work on time or to wherever my choosing destination may be. Deleting app and in need to find another

Ran. S. Mar 22, 2022

Awful. The previous app was much better as I was actually able to use the bus tracker in a more efficient way. The day I tried to create an account with this app was so frustrating and when I was done, it locked me out after correctly entering my email and password.

Cry. M. Feb 9, 2022

This app is Frustrating. I wanted to register for an account and it keeps saying my email address isn't valid. I tried 2 of my other email addresses but it still says email address isn't valid and won't allow me to go any further. It'd be a better app if they fix this part, please. I just wanted to make an account, so I can get to school.
