MIAMI Mobile Real Estate App

App has changed multiple times but never once improved. I like the way it was before. We pay almost $1000 yearly and the MLS website AND app both look from the 80s. I've never paid so much for dues anywhere in my life and gotten so little for it. Waiting for the day someone breaks this mandatory monopoly and offers a search database for $49 or $99 a year. Something reasonable and rational. This app is annoying to navigate or search and then you have to relearn it every year when it updates.

Not bad but needs work. 1. You should be able to input the MLS# without having to go to advanced settings. 2. After inputting MLS# search results need to be accurate ( listings not being found on app but are active in the MLS is frustrating). 3. Have an option for No Hopa That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

I havent been able to figure out how to look for a property by the MLS number. I dont see it offers that option and several times when I input the address the properties do not show up. The other app was way easier to use.

Horrible app. Type in an address, can't find the property and pulls up everything else. Type in the MLS # still can't the property. I uninstalled. As a realtor this app is a complete waste of time.

I find it real prices are real not lower than they are to get users,different ways to view it. I already bought my house and I can't imagine buying a house without this app that's how useful I find it. I still use it to maybe buy an investment property.. I highly recommend it

I don't see where I can specify the type of listing that I'm looking for e.g. active, ps, closed etc. Pets allowed. I also get businesses when I'm res rental searching. I liked the old version better.

Practically every app we have Matrix, Miami Mobile for Real Estate Agent and others did not showing all listings. As a Realtor I found myself in situation I can loose my clients because they found more on the other app's then me on the Matrix on my computer or the App's I have from Association. My clients found more on Zillow, Realtor. com, Facebook etc. What's happening. This is a haos. We loosing our clients because we don't have all current info. on one app.

I used to be able to request appointment from the app to view property as an agent and this app does not allow me to do so. Wish I can filter through a little bit more options.

This is so hard to use in every way. Checking your own listings is like mission impossible. It is terrible, actually embarrassing that an MLS this large is so bad in the mobile version.

You cannot sign in as an agent. Very difficult to get the information, definitely not accurate. The update was to ONLY make it consumer friendly and left realtors out of the loop.

This app is garbage it is completely full of bugs very difficult to use the keeps resetting when you try to zoom in

The definition of crAPP. Sadly, I have to use zillow's app to get better, accurate info.

Worst than previous app, more difficult to use, worst results, worst interface...

Slow, doesn't pinpoint where you are in reference to the home your looking at.

Does not provide all the mls information. The previous app was much better.

Nice app for consumers searching for homes . I like the old app where we was able to sign in as agents and see broker comments request for lock box info
