The app is not working - could not even start using it. Keep receiving message "network problem detected" and not even a hint what the problem is and what to do to fix it. Typical Chinese software logic - we tell you it's not working - you figure out how to fix it... and wants access to EVERYTHING :(

I have 2 mi-cam cameras. They worked great for 2 years, but a few months ago the app stopped working and started showing "Server is not available" and won't log in. Company doesn't respond to emails. I have a feeling they went out of business. I now have two paperweights.

Constantly disconnects from the device and have to reconnect the two. Finally reached a point where it won't connect so it's nothing but a paperweight.

This company was kind of fraudster. The camera is dependent on cloud servers. Not they have stopped working and no support or answer. They have decided to be clever and change their name to "360 smart camera". Forgot and skip all their commitments and start anew. Please report them both new and old name to Amazon: 1) Misafes, 2) 360 Camera

Bought this 2 years ago and worked great. Haven't had to use it in about a year. Just went to sign in so I can use it in my daughter's new room and it keeps saying "server not available". I'm pissed! Wanted it for peace of mind because I moved my daughter upstairs and now I can't get it to work!

it not working. it not connecting to the server. i tried soo many times. i think its not updated. pls fix it. and the audio is late.

app stopped working, cant even look at the video anymore. worked fine for two years, now its totally useless thanks to the app being shut down.

worked last year, but now says the server cannot be located, no customer support and the app designers won't email back, tried other apps from the same app designer and none work although they are for identical cameras, I want my money back!!!!

I've had this device for about 2 years now. used as a babycam. No issues till now. I'm trying to log in to it for a few days now and all I get is server not available massege. So frustrating.

App freezes a lot. you hear the sound but can see anything. Haven't been able to log in to my camera for over 2 weeks now.

Do not buy until server issues are fixed. Check for reviews on Amazon or here before buying. The camera has not worked for months now. I hope the Seller can address this soon or refund the buyers (including me).

Garbage!!!! App doesn't work and camera now useless without the app!! Total rip off selling a camera with an app that then no longer supported and can't be used. Typical of tech scammers!!!

My Galaxy S8+ stopped working with my MiSafes camera. Now the app just says "server not available" the Website is gone and the only answers I find are that they emailed customer service and they helped, but I can't find an email because the site is gone?

It started out fine, took a long time to load but still worked. Now I can't even log in, keeps saying server not working. They also need access to a lot of information that really isn't needed 😠

Garbage. It stopped working and took forever to delete the app from my phone. Sketchy AF. I am learning my lesson to only buy from reputable names. Don't waste your money.

Not working. I can not sign up or sign in. These cameras weren't cheap and now they are obsolete. This is upsetting.

App doesnt work anymore, wouldn't recommend buying a camera from this company as they're pretty glitchy in general and useless now that the app doesn't work.

Server not available but website works. When it worked it was great but now a waste of money. Can't find any useful guidance or status.

Never works.. no response from customer service. basically conned into buying the hardware and now cant do anything with it or about it

Bought three cameras two years ago and cannot use them anymore - only networt errors and obviously no support. I can only advise not to buy from this company.

This app is not working anymore, cannot logged in saying "server not working". Our camera is useless now!

rubbish app! it just cant connect to the network anymore. waste of money, waste of space, waste of everything!

The cam worked fine until one day it just stopped, issue cannot connect to server and no help from customer service

Fraud Company they sell products that can not connect and no one is there to help you. system is terrible. and no one is trying to fix problem . it's been ongoing for about 5.5 month now

I haven't used this app for a few months and now it won't connect to the server even after a clean reinstall. Avoid at all costs.

Poor just poor. Every time I try to sign up or log in all I get is network connection problem detected all the time...
