The app constantly crashes, it's basically unusable without giving it every permission possible, which I don't want and shouldn't need to do. Every time I try to access my rewards it makes me sign in again, and then just shows me the home page. Everything takes eons to load and it's difficult to shop on. I only use it for the coupons when I'm in store.

Nice to have easy access to online shopping. I will say it's pretty glitchy for me. Like when trying to use the "back" button on an item page, to return to the search results, frequently it doesn't work at all and I have to re-search in order to get back to the results page. Overall it's pretty good, though that aspect is a bother. Also, in order review I wish sale/coupon discounts would be broken down in the price, because it can be confusing without it.

Easy to use, convenient rewards and coupons access and does almost everything I need. Recently the rewards member barcode has not been showing up, however. Inconvenient, but not the end of the world. Would love to see a "shopping list" feature in the future that would also allow you to simultaneously see products and their aisles.

Updated.. 3rd try. It's working better but still won't go back to previous pages. Have to start the search all over again. What should be an easy task takes hours to get an order together. It also doesn't show individual orders. I'm trying to search my last two orders to see if all my items were sent and it doesn't seperate into orders.. Just items I have bought. It doesn't show if they were received or still in transit. You should fix this, every order has been split into several deliveries

Buggy, but somewhat useful. When the app DOES work, it's helpful to look up sale items, etc. However, its reliability when operating is subpar at best. Constant crashes, screen sizing is "flexible" in that sometimes the item is shown clearly scaled for the device format and sometimes not so much. Honestly, if you have a pc or Mac, just use that instead.

This isn't an app. It's bloatware of their existing website. I used to use it for the convenience of clipping coupons but it's been so laggy/glitchy I don't care. My favorite part is when it would delete my shopping cart. ETA: I hate this app so much, but now I have to have it to get coupons. The in-store filter doesn't actually tell me what's in MY STORE. And the only good thing about it - when it used to tell you where in the store something was located - is gone.

I dont take blood pressure meds but this app makes me feel like i need to. Helpful for coupons but the search bar is a nightmare. Expect it to shut the key board, delete what you type, shut down, empty cart, and randomly being jumped around until the page loads. Would be a great app if those were fixed. It is easy to use (just agrivating) and will tell you where stuff is in store. Fix the app so customers dont have to troubleshoot.

It's okay, but makes you sign in 2 to 3 times....at least, it does if you want to access your rewards (only reason I installed). In addition, checking "keep me signed in" does nothing. Loads of Cricut ads which I'm not interested in, too. As soon as you close the app, it logs you out (same issue on website). Debating whether to keep or uninstall.

The app is not very user friendly. In the search bar I will put in, I think, a pretty specific description of what I am looking for and I will get everything BUT the item I am looking for. The other day I put in Loft Notebook. I got sketch pads, paint, brushes and canvasses! And on the website it shows a 40% off coupon, but that coupon does not show up in coupons available. Don't put it front and center if it is only for people who create an account. Frustrating. Disappointing.

Impossible to finalize order!! Tried multiple times to finalize my order via app. The checkout page gets stuck, doesn't process via paypal or creditcard. Doesn't give any error message or option to return to my cart. I haf to shut down the app all together, after 3 attempts I gave up, going to the store tomorrow and picking up the items in person The whole purpose of the app is to give us access to the store within few clicks, and save us time, this app is failing miserably unfortunately .

I notice problems going back to a previous menu while browsing products. Once I tap on an item & want to go back, neither the back button on the app or my phone will work. I end up having to either go back to the shop menu, or search the items again. Very frustrating, especially when there are multiple things you want to look at & compare. Other than that, everything else seems to work great. Easy to add promo codes or vouchers, & to complete a purchase.

I love Michael's, but the app needs some work. My biggest complaint is that the filter feature does not work well. When I only want to see items available to ship, I select this filter and am often still shown items that are out of stock online. Or items that are out of stock altogether. When browsing different categories, I often have to turn the same filter back on. Overall, I'd love to see a more smooth, responsive app with more pictures of products and accurate filters.

Fair. Not very clear when trying to use coupons. Applying rewards worked great! A BIG problem is with items out of stock. This should be shown with the search results. Finding it's unavailable after you select it makes me mad! And sometimes it's just a size or color & if you spend time and go through all options you might find something in stock. Customer service might know. If you are lucky you get great help, most try even when clueless. IF someone answers the phone.

The app makes it easy to shop for things without having to be in the store. I just wish that the search feature was better. It's pointless to try to search for an item or type of item when the search results show things that have nothing to do with the search term used. I would also like better and more accurate descriptions. I ordered something for store pick up that was described as the size I needed, but the same sku gave me a smaller size.

Honestly I have never had a more frustrating experience using an online shopping app. The bottom bar of the page frequently covers the screen while I'm trying to do other things. The back button seems to go to a random page that I've visited since opening the app, sometimes acting like I hit it more than once when I didn't. Loads slowly and drains my battery. It's unclear if I can redeem my physical Michael's gift card online and I've spent hours trying to figure out how as a result.

It was helpful, but not without hiccups. App constantly crashes. Consistently having to close and reboot. It was frustrating having to retrace my steps multiple times, trying to locate product information. It definitely needs fine tuning. Some of the items are hard to find as well. They belong to the same group but don't appear together when searching. NO SIZE SELECTION OPTION! One product, one brand, and one size? Items state "available in multiple sizes" yet offer no way to manipulate size.

This is the worst store app I have ever had to deal with. I've had issues with my rewards not registering in the past, and now, after deleting and the deciding to reinstall the app, it's even worse. I can't even search for what I want because I try to search and get sent straight to my cart without having touched the button. My searches are deleted when I try to go back so I have to start all over again. When I try to go back to a previous page, it freezes. Fix the glitches please.

Buggy. Update: I'm not sure what happened differently. But I can surely say the app works just fine. And it has great selection with viatety of items. Thanks for the help! Realized a noob thing I did. I forgot the way my phone or Alot of phones get in general. After a good amount of time, like a month. Were I left my phone on with many pages, running programs, ect. That's what was making certain apps slow, really ultimately freezing my phone until I clear out things.

The app is easy to navigate, however trying to decipher what's in stock is impossible. Nothing that is unavailable should continue to show up in my filters. I selected in store pick up for an item, the results brought back 13 to choose from but 1 was available. It makes it hard to want to continue using the app if I still have to go into the store to shop. I have used the app to shop on many other occasions, and not had a problem, so I did want to mention that as well.

That Michaels has a shop app is great, as is its pickup and online options etc. What makes it practically useless, at least for yarn, is the plethora of unavailable items. Every time I try to search for a particular color, I find that a brand had that color once, but it can't be ordered. And you have to click through each color to find out that there's only one or two out of thirty available. Clean up the database! Maybe it's different for other crafts, but for yarn? Just go to the store.

The app used to be manageable with some glitching, but now I can't even use it. I'm not sure what happened since the update, but I can't access any of my account information, membership card, coupons, or even browse through sales or departments. The app now is nothing but a white screen with the footer buttons(which don't work) and the store logo on top.

Overall, pretty good. Wish there was an option to select curbside when checking out, instead of doing it after the order is already done. Also, some products aren't available at my store even when they are listed as available for store pickup, and I've assigned my local store, that's a problem with the filtering.

Overall the app is great to look up sales for the week and what us in stock at the store closest to me. However, the rewards program needs improvement. I oftentimes have to MANUALLY add purchases to get my points more than a few days afterwards. If you download the app, keep checking for your points. I've made purchases over $25 that never applied 72 hours after the fact.

It has nothing to do with store selection. The app constantly freezes inbetween pulling up new content pages. Or if i select and item, the screen is constantly shaking or should i say blinking...to the point i have to close out the page and app. Then repeat action again. This has been going on forvseveral months. I have un installed and reinstalled at least 7 times and still have the same problem. Pls address this issue.

Horrible app. Made it a nightmare to shop. To set filters, because the items searched have 4,000 results, you check "ship only", but the screening ignores ANY filters - so you see items unavailable to buy online. Also, for clearance, dozens of items were sold out, but they still come up; you don't find out until several steps later when you try to pay. THEN, under PAYMENT in Checkout, you hit Edit to update a stored credit card OR to add another one, but it doesn't allow you to edit pay info.

The app is so glitchy. Typing in the search bar takes me several attempts. If I leave the app for less than a minute, it empties my cart. I got all the way to checkout and the app froze, but it still took my $5 voucher so when I was finally able to complete my purchase, my voucher was gone. WHEN the app works, it's great. But most of the time it's just a headache.
