This is a horrible app for such a lovely watch. I always wanted a Michele watch and because I could keep up with my steps,etc made me purchase this watch. However I am highly disappointed that I am not able to sync at will. I may return it and purchase the apple watch or fit bit versa they are half the price. I hope someone from Michele is reading this! Get it together!!
This was a terrible experiment. The phone app kept going out of sync so I couldn't ring it or get notifications even though the phone was right beside it! I'm returning the watch.
This app does not reliably sync activity data. It connects to Android device just fine, but does not always transfer step data even syncing multiple times which just wears the battery down.
Update..watch takes way too long to synchronize/update. Guess they all do that-other household members are able to get connected to my watch via my wifi with no problem
this watch is beautiful and awesome but the app and sync are not reliable. ☹️
App doesn't accurately record steps and time doesn't calibrate to match phone.
I love my michele hybrid watch but after 2 weeks of used the battery is low.... I am hoping I would not change my battery all the time
Stops working after a few days then you have to reinstall!

Beautiful watch but this app doesn't really do much. Slow to sync, the find phone works randomly and the drinking water is stupid
Only works with the Michele Hybrid watches. Lots of nice features, links to other fitness apps. Easy to use. Can log in with your social media accounts.
Love my watch its jus the app is madd slow and its not that easy to navigate.
It doesn't easily sync with other apps.
It counts steps but it would be helpful to have a manual sync option on the app.

The watch is nice as a timepiece. It has to be manually sync every day. I have to open the app every morning for it to sync. If I don't do it no steps are recorded until you do. I also don't think it is very accurate as I also use my Samsung health app when I do my walk in the morning. Samsung says I did 2.35 miles and Michele says 1.4
