Overall it is a good map application with tons of useful POIs but it would be even more useful if the developer could add functions like POIs filtering (hotel, eateries, shopping malls, landmarks...) and also allow the user to add their own POIs. Map maker allows users to add their own POIs and it makes it a winner. But their database is not as rich as Michelin's.
This app is amazingly bad. Came here because the website was impossible to use in my mobile. The filters don't work, nothing really works properly in the find near me function... Really disappointing experience. In the end I can't really navigate trough the restaurants and find what I want.
Distances in kilometres which is fine as are the signs in Europe. Amazing lists of places to visit, not many restaurants but hey ho. For a free app to find places to visit around where you are travelling it is great
I had just prepped a list of places to go see for the holidays, and lost it in the update. also, now you can only have one favourite list, and I can't add national parks to it.
No search filters. Just shows random stuff on a map but can't search. Hardly useful.
I downloaded this hoping it would be a convenient way to access the Michelin restaurant guide; it was not. Restaurant information is buried way too deep and is not easily searchable.
Incredibly helpful when driving and looking for beautiful places to stop and nice restaurants on the way.
It's quite good with lots of great content. Just the navigation could be better. But what can I say or complain. It's free.
A brilliant app, with the back-up of a world renowned reputation. Easy to have around as it's always on your phone. Thanks Michelin.
Best traveling unbiased, unpaid, unmarketed opinions. If you want to get out of the crowd, and get local insights without surprises, this is the way to go.
The app seems designed to push what are, effectively, ads rather than letting users find stuff they want.
If you measure distance in kilometers and pay for things in euros then great. I would think that a company who sells merchandise in the US and abroad would be more aware of local institutions.
I'm looking for Map that will have restaurants and gas stations (the names of them) on the route as we're traveling. Can't find one that makes any since. Maybe someone can help me here.
There is no filters for hotels, restaurants, attractions, everything is on one map
Nice overview of the important touristic sites on the map and compact info like in the renowed Green guide.
Best sightseeing app ever, by the makers of the all-time best guidebooks
Crashes everytime I try to open the app on the pixel 2.
Very helpful in exploring nice cultural attractions wherever I go.
easy to use and informative without intrusion and bothersome adds
These jokers use French country names for an English-language app. Makes it almost impossible to use it. They actually wrecked this app.
Good online companion, but doesn't replace the green guide.
Not bad, but would be even better with further offline mode.
Hard to get the information you want and no settings for currency or distance units measurements
This app is great for find the best restaurants and hotels. This is why I downloaded it.
Could not use the guide to find nearby restaurants
Combines sights and quality restaurants
It's weird that any app that functions internationally doesn't have an option to select your currency or to change units of measurement, just really lazy. And the fact that you can't sort results and that the filter option is so barebones is really the nail in the coffin for me. I don't want just a long list of things and places or I could just read travel blogs, I want to be able to narrow stuff down from that list and get good info at a glance. This app just doesn't provide that.
