Trying to get it to download and install has been the worst experience I have ever had with an app. It is this way every time I have to renew. Something goes wrong, I uninstall it and reload, and it doesn't work. It's a great app when it works, but once a year, you have to put up with this nonsense. I could see if it was free....
I just want to renew my subscription, but it is throwing an error. I tried uninstalling, creating a new account, even tried new e-mail address.....no go. I tried to use the HELP link and it won't load. I use this app constantly and would love to have it back. I will change from 1 star if this is fixed, but currently I cannot recommend.
Horrible app! I have been using this app for 3yrs with no problems at all, then my renewal time came this year and it charged me 2x. Then it would not accept my log in info. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app a half dozen times and it still tells me I need to do my renewal. And, if you try to contact customer service link just takes you to IBMs main website with no instruction on how to proceed from there.
There is something wrong went with app it just keeping asking for annual renewal fee though it is already paid. I was charged two times due to a message from the app says the purchase process wasn't successful, then I realized the app is crushed. Really bad it was one of my favorite.
Every year it's the same, very difficult to renew. Always problem with passwords, username, emails and so on and so on. That does not happens to me with any other app. One star!
This app requires yearly payment. When I tried to renew this year I got repeated message saying that I need to purchase yearly payment even after it was already paid for. After following all the suggestions from the company to resove the issue I am still unable to log back in. I deleted the entire app and gave up!
This app was my go-to for years. Now, I've paid for another year, and the app still won't load. I'll be going to my credit card company for a refund, based on the number of folks having the same issue. WAKE UP IBM!!!
I purchased the annual subscription twice a time, but didn't working. I already received payment confirmation email from Google play. Please solve this issue.
I'm trying to get a password, but the website keeps sending me back to the app. There's no way to purchase a password although I cannot get into the app without a password. I guess they don't really want anyone to use the app.

Giving 1 star because recent update took away my access and asking to renew. My purchase history shows a renewal last month. I'm not going to pay twice unless they give me 2 years access.
Known issue, please read reviews! When I first purchased this app, I had no issues. It's when you come to renew it you will encounter a headache!
Cannot log in anymore, error pops up and support website will not load. Needs fixing asap! I used to love and rely on this app, now I take my business elsewhere.

App asked for renewal of subscription. I've paid 4 times and it took my money but never renew my subscription. I want a refund.
Used to work fine. Now crashes every time I open it. I purchased another subscription and now can't use it. Need my money back.
Just renewed my annual fee in July. Now got a new phone and trying to restore my user ID and password and it tells me I have to buy the subscription again?
Paid renewal fee but it continues to ask me to pay for a renewal fee to sign up. Prior to update app worked great.

It's amazing they haven't fixed the issue with the payment request loop ASAP. The app keeps telling you to pay, and no matter how many times you pay your subscription, it keeps telling you that you need to pay. Reinstalling the app doesn't fix it. So basically you can't use this app anymore and they don't seem to care about losing customers.
