It is going on crashing, please do the needful.
Don't buy! I purchased it on my Note 10 plus, charged my card but try to use it and it keeps asking me to purchase again, requested refund from Google and was declined my request.
I have used this app for years. This year, however, they charged me for a renewal and everytime I try to use it, it still prompts me to purchase it again
Used to LOVE this app...but have paid for my subscription 8 times over the last year and it still won't work!

Pay to use. Not free at all
No glitch. No lag. Runs smooth. Yes you have to pay $2.99 plus tax to use the app unless your hospital or agency has access to it, then it's free.
I keep trying to pay for it but it won't go through. The "please wait" notification just stays on until it crashes. Please fix ASAP.
App shows,free in Google play as soon as you download and try to login it wants you to pay for the app. False advertising! Don't waste your time.

This is exactly the kind of app I need, and it has only opened once. Keeps freezing, crashing on my galaxy s3. May ask for a refund. Unfortunate.
I've gotten this to actually work for the intended purpose exactly once. Every time I've opened it to y site compatibility it crashes. How do I request a refund? Sad really because this is exactly the type of app I was looking for. Very disappointed.
How do i subscribe or purchase? Ive been to the full website and the purchasing process seems to be a lot of work. Why cant we just purchase this like a normal app here in the app store?
