Originally I had given a bad review because I was charged, but couldn't access the app. I guess IBM saw the complaint and contacted me. They were wonderful with helping me to get the app to work. I do feel IBM could make their tech support easier to find, as the "visit support" doesn't really lead anywhere, but once you have their attention, they will move heaven and earth to help you. Thank you IBM! The Neofax has long been a great reference for neonatal medical providers such as myself!
Fixed! Help desk called me and told me they were working on a fix for the app crashing on Pixel phones running Android 11. Bingo! Within 36 hours their development team had the issue fixed and customer service called me to have me test it. Stellar job all around. I am so very impressed at the lengths they went to address this issue when this program services such a small niche of critical healthcare providers. Kudos to the IBM Micromedex/Neofax crew.
I updated the app and was charged twice. When I try to open it I receive the message that something went wrong. In order to open the app I would have to pay again. I am not paying three times for an app I can't use.
Usually a great app, but new version closes after trying to download new data on Pixel 3a.
Says unable to download data.. both this and pediatric version on my s8+
They say it's free but after you register, it's $29.99! False advertising!!
Advertising for free, but afterwards they ask you to purchase...misleading...
Helpful reference tool when it was working. Won't open now so it's a trashed app for me
Necessary information that is, otherwise, hard to find!
I went to open the App and it said my subscription had expired. I paid to renew and got a message that it was unsuccessful. Tried once more and it did not go through again. Or so I thought. Checked my emails and I was charged twice. Which wouldn't be as bad if I could actually open up the App. I contacted customer service, uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does not work.
