Customer support doesn't exist. Never contacted me back after many attempts. Once I saw a repairman from the company. He didn't want to answer a simple question and was very moody. App crashes and won't connect with the machine even if I'm standing in front of it. I struggle to get quarters every week, but it is easier than using the app...very frustrating!!!! If you have high blood pressure, Don't use it. It WILL make it worse

App is extremely slow and unintuitive. It takes 30 seconds to load everytime you open the menu or select a machine. If you want to go back you have to restart the app. It will charge me money for a machine yet won't comminicate to start the machine. I often have to do 2 or even 3 transactions before it goes through. For the rates they charge for machines it's incredible they spent about $20 on app development.

One of the worst apps I have ever used! It's super slow and whenever you have to add credits to your account, the app simply doesn't work, you have to uninstall and reinstall it again and register your card again, it's ridiculous! And when you email their support, they just tell you to restart your phone, horrible system and support!

About 2/3 of the times I open this app I just get a blank white screen and have to force stop, clear my data, reopen it, and login again. Sometimes it takes multiple tries of this series before I can use it. It yells at me for closing the app when the app is open. It takes forever to "talk to the machine" to finish the transaction. My laundry is no longer a quick in out, but 1/3 longer for having to wait for every step of this app to work. Returning to quarters as soon as I can.

Used this app for years. Buggy, slow, long waits in between processing. Today it won't connect. Spent 20 minutes trying to connect across multiple devices. Restarted and sent a message to customer support but they never responded before and probably won't respond now. Frustrating experience.

I haven't had too many issues with this app. Although I can see what the users who posted the most recent negative reviews are talking about. I just got done starting a load in the washer, and the end stage screen got stuck in a lagging loop. But all I did was simply close the app and then reopen it while standing by the washer being used. And the app operated fine.

App is very convenient. But it sometimes gives misleading info, e.g. that a machine is unavailable or having problems, when it is not. And if it asks you to change your password then watch out! You are in for a big problem! And if you call the 800 help number you just get a recorded message, nobody answers. So --- I am not entirely satisfied.

Slow to connect to machines. If there isn't enough money in wallet, says machine is broken instead of prompting to add money. Can't refill wallet or do anything in app unless in laundry room. It works, but barely. Update: dropping a star - app constantly loses communication with devices and can only be fixed by force closing the app. Opening the app can take over 30 seconds. And when I refilled the wallet once, it ran the transaction twice.

I saw the large number of very negative reviews and was concerned but my experience has been the exact opposite - I absolutely LOVE this app/service. Quarters from heaven!! It has worked fine and controls the machines perfectly (at least so far). I have an older Android LG phone without all the bells and whistles and maybe that is why I don't have problems but whatever the reason, I LOVE this app. No more groveling for quarters. UPDATE: used a second time and still works well. Two "tricks" - 1) Be sure Bluetooth is turned on before starting app. 2) Turn off WiFi before starting the app. If you do both of those things it eliminates many/most/all errors.

Horribly slow and buggy. Here's how things usually go. You open the app and it scans for machines for 30 to 90 seconds. You click on one and it says there's a problem, rinse repeat. Eventually you get one started and it says please wait forever even though the machine is already going. It literally saves a minute or 2 to just force close the app and open it again instead of actually waiting. Good luck if you need to add $0.25 a few times to a dryer, which will take 5-10 minutes to do.

I wish I went to a laundromat. The app experience is terrible - difficult to use and slow, hard to register. It requires a minimum deposit of $10 (much higher than the average load of laundry or any other 'micropayment'), and doesn't give you a notification when the payment was successfully added, so i added it twice. I never thought I'd miss the days of hunting around for quarters.... P.S. they don't have customer service either.

This app probably couldn't be worse. You must use gps, bluetooth and a network connection to do your laundry which is not only clunky, but somehow still results in an inconsistent connection and ability to "find" the machines you're using. Once connected and ready to go it will tell you the machine you just filled is out of service, but don't worry, try it again 3 or 4 more times and it'll work. Going back to coins, 100 out of 10 won't use again.

It hardly ever connects or even shows the available machines in the building. I'm always having the hardest time trying to start the machines in the building from the app and we have an excellent wi-fi connection. Very inconvenient. Update: Tried using the app again and now it doesn't load at all. I can't ever get a load washed with this app at my salon loft. It's absolutely TERRIBLE.

Always breaks when you need to use it. This new version forces me to select a building before i can connect to the machine right in front of me. But, i can't do that because my building isn't in the list. it just costs of before it even gets close. The worst thing is, their phone support number is broken! Press 5 and you just get sent to a full voicemail that hangs up on you.

This app doea not work. After multiple scans it managed to pick up the machines I was standing right next to, but will not let me add any of my cards in order to pay, rendering it a waste of storage space on my phone. Would be a great app if it did what it was supposed to do. Edit (added a star): I contacted tech support who gave me a workaround to add a credit card to my account. The main feature for adding a card is still broken and I have to log out and in each time to use the app.

Horrible connection to machines. Spend more time trying to get them to sync; literally doubles the time it takes to get your task done. Plus, if you want to add time to the machine you can only do it 25 cents at a time, again just prolonging the task. Half the time the app crashes saying it can't find the machine even though you added money minutes before. Not convenient at all.

Ever since the update i have not been able to get past the "select laundry room" page. I sent an email to a support specialist and they told me to make sure Bluetooth is on/connected and that my phone's system is updated. I replied that these things were set and i never got a response, that was a week ago. This is really disappointing, although this app has always been buggy it is now useless. From reading other reviews and talking to people in my builing I'm not the only one having this issue.

Hating this app! But have no choice but to use it. There are so many bugs that need to be FIXED! It's constantly not letting me log in, right after I add more money! It also says it can't find my account. Or my password is wrong. And anytime I have an issue I send the reports and still nothing happens. I'd go back to quarters, but sadly the place I live at as machines that eat quarters like 80% of the time. At first this app was great. But not now! Too many bugs! That aren't being fixed!

Barely functions. That is the highest level of praise I can give this app. Over 50% of the times I open it, it can't locate the machines. Of those successful attempts only 50%of the time it successfully communicates with the machine. If it doesn't, it takes you back to the first step where it can't find any machines. Finally, less than 50% of the time it processes the payment without crashing and forcing you back to step 1. This frequently leaves me spending over 10 minutes starting 2-3 loads

This app is simply awful. Slow, unreliable. You can only add additional time in $0.25 increments, you have to run through the entire process each time. So topping off $0.75 can take over a minute. I frequently have to restart my phone just to add time because it's stuck trying to connect. The customer service is useless. Nothing has improved in the past year.

This app works in rare moments and is barely functional on my phone. It is constantly loading and then crashing or losing connection with the machines mid-transaction (for like, 5-15 minutes in my experiences). On my partner's phone, I'll admit, it works better, but still has hiccups, like losing connection and stopping the transaction with no discernable reason, but it did get the job done. As other reviews said, bring your quarters, or use/borrow a phone with good Bluetooth and wifi range

Love the convenience of the app, but the times we get are less paying with the app vs. Paying with quarters. Better clean with quarters. The app messes up often, and sometimes takes 10 minutes of fiddling with the app to get it to start the machine, but eventually does work. The app has also taken my money and not started the machine, but only twice in two years.

I dont like this app. Most of the time it doesn't even work. I can be standing right next to the machine and it will say the machine is having issues, or it cant connect cause of, insert reason. And if I want to add more time to the dryer, I have to select one quarter each time instead of putting in the amount I want for the dryer. Took me near 15 minutes just to add more time, and the app would not connect for part of that time.

The app takes forever to load, and you can't request support until it does so if it crashes or just won't load, you can't do anything. In addition, it will say a machine can't connect, but if you retry there is no issue. It crashes and/or gets stuck loading at least twice every time I do laundry. It's really frustrating and a pain to deal with.

Terrible app. Most of the time it won't even open, just an endless blank screen. When it does open, it either doesn't load or constantly crashes. Edit: I have had no other choice but to continue using this app to access the laundry facilities in my building. This app has continuously STOLEN MY MONEY. It will charge you even though it failed to start the machine. I have requested support and refunds a dozen times and received a response from the company only once. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
