Finally, an app that does what I need, in any combination of audio input or output I could want. The ability to choose which specific audio outputs available to the phone (Call volume, media, notification, ringtone) it lets you customize the audio capture and output for your individual needs. For example, if you select Cam as your input, it activates the second mic, if your device has one, on your phone, with each tied to a channel, left or right. Thank you for creating this amazing utility!

Seems like we're all having the same issues: ear-splitting feedback, the only way I could shut it down was through my tablet's apps settings, it tells you to wear headphones(which I'm glad I didn't do after that feedback blasted my ears bad enough without them), and it doesn't work. Sorry to slag your work, I like the skins and always feel bad when I have to give a bad rating, especially on a freebee.

I think this app is doing what it claims, and it seems to be well-made, and I'm thankful for the lack of ads, but I must reduce my rating due to lack of documentation. I have tried every combination of inputs and outputs, gain, volume, equalizers, etc., and I still cannot figure out what the In and Out settings do. No matter how I change them, they don't seem to control which input the sound comes from or which output it goes to. Also, there is no documentation telling whether the settings you're changing affect the microphone functionality after you exit the app. I learned the hard way that my microphone was still listening and outputting to my BT audio stream after backing out of the app. By messing with all these settings, am I screwing up my microphone for other apps like the Phone permanently?

Since I don't know much about audio, maybe a tutorial would be appreciated? After I did eventually find out how everything worked, it works perfectly for helping me record my podcast. There's not too much to fumble with, and it's as simple as turning it on, using it for the app of choice, then turning it off. Satisfyingly simple UI. Much appreciated.

Maybe this is good.... I guess I'll give one extra star because yes it does exactly what it says it does. But for me, it's not what I'm looking for. Speakers can act as a mic. Physically. So I need an app that will allow me to adjust audio routes. I want to use an external mic for things. And control the levels of that mic. Then also control the audio output routes.

The app does it's job decently. I wanted to have a loud, earrape microphone, and i was able to do it. The problem though, is that I can't use it in calls, even if i turned off the Call Focus. I don't really know if this is meant for voice chat, but can you please fix this?

I have a special application wherein I want to use the microphone and/or speaker on the phone, even when (especially to) create feedback. I can't get it to work at all. Must I plug in an external mic, headphone, or speaker? Why??? Why can't I route my sound in any arbitrary way I want? Either in from the built-in mic, or out from the built-in speaker, or both. Why does everyone always think they have to protect us from ourselves?

Works well, but the mic will turn off after a few minutes when screensave kicks in. Then you have to tap mic off then back on again to get it Also there is a slight delay when sound is reproduced. Would be nice if the mic wouldnt turn off automatically when screen save activates. Better yet allow app to run in background too. I am using this app as a adhoc hearing aid. Works well enough for tgat purpose.

Needed a microphone In a pinch. (And I didn't have an audio cable). After installing this app, under developer options I set the "default usb mode" setting to "USB audio source" (available only on some ROMs like lineage OS) and it works very well as a PC microphone. I can't plug in a headset but I suppose that's because of a conflict between this all and the developer settings . Overall, would recommend this app! Thanks dev!

App is really good except one thing, this doesnt work when I want to record audio or when I'm on a call, please make it so it works with calls example discord, I am trying to be more loud in calls, please make that happen, app is really great I just need it to work on calls. Or voice messages, thank you.

Horrible! I wish there was a option to give 0 stars. Reason: When I plugged in my earphones, the quality of the mic was disgusting. I never saw such a useless mic in my entire life. You cannot save the audio which u record too. Overall I think this app is some sorta scam. To record your voice. I would recommend you not to waste your time behind this app

Nothing but feedback loop (without headphones). Not sure what the point of this would be, with headphones. Other than eavesdropping on nearby conversations 🤔

I plugged my hyperx headset into the phone to use the app because I thought it recorded audio. Now when I use it on the computer with my aux to USB connection it constantly plays the mic audio into the headset. I have tried numerous things on my computer and can not fix it. The $200+ headset is ruined now. Please do not download this app if you are going to use a headset with it.

Could not find better app than this. GREAT APP. I use as hearing aid mic and use to transmit audio to my AfterShokz wireless headphone. This app is smartly developed with useful control options. I desparately pray and wish to see this app grow with more productive features. Thanks a lot. This app has actually help in my hearing.

Randomly started blasting music through my headphones without any option to turn it off. Closed the app and it still kept playing for a bit. Not sure if it does what it says, but I dont want random stuff playing when im trying to talk to people.

It works perfectly. A lot of useful settings. There is a minor delay for the voice to reach Bluetooth speaker. I use this app as indoor intercom system at home, instead of yelling through the house 😁.

It works.. Been looking for this.. to amplify my voice when teaching in a large classroom with mask on during this endemic.. Although there's a second delay but still helpful... i just need to bring my handphone, aux headset & bluetooth mini-loudspeaker..

Useless app. Negative five. That's my rating. What!? No details on how to use or what for? So, I just simg and hear myself, can't record. Cannot use it alongside my camera app to maybe boost gain and mic sensitivity, utterly useless. I wonder what the 100+million downloads were for. I'm sure 99 of those 100 regretted ever stumbling upon this miserly app.

Well it works, easily connect with my bluetooth speakers and theatre but it brings some weird noise after someone stop speaking. Like a heavy demonic voice....kinda unexplainable, even after adjusting dB. It would be nice if that weird heavy background noise some could be avoided.

Seems to work fine after the test. Seems to be a lot of feedback but might just be due to speaker so close right now. We are doing an event for Veterans. Wondered if their was a patriotic mic to add to the selections? Thanks much@

really simple and easy to use, the interface isn't much but what matters is the function of this app, works great and can be an alternative if you don't have an actualt microphone.

It's not bad, I just wish it had more options to it to give the microphone that ultimate high resolution and definition to it, but I like it as a basic microphone. 2 thumbs up.

On Android 10 (pixel2), on startup: "Microphone keeps stopping". and keeps crashing. Could be a bug/restriction with notifications. 1 star, but would rate higher if can be fixed by developers.

I think there is need to upgrade this application by adding another module to it. For example a module that will allow user to connect directly to Bluetooth/wireless audio device (s).

The App couldn't turn on the speakers when the headphone is plugged in. The option was availabile on the App. But it is not working. This aption could let people use the mobile phones as a speakers with their mic on.
