Microphone

Despite being designed for an earlier version of andriod (I have 10), it still works almost perfectly. The lack of noise cancellation to cut out echoes is annoying but wearing some earbuds fixes that. My only complaint is that its really quiet Edit: turns out that the phone's volume controls the output volume, it's not too quiet

The app is good, I use it so I can talk on ps4 since my mic broke, but some things to point out: 1. Make sure media volume is up while using it, its basicially the volume control for the mic. 2. Sometimes the mic app may turn on after using it and you will tell by the notification and/or the sound echoing weirdly, just force stop it in settings so it doesnt do that. 3. If you plan on using it for PS4, you have to connect to a USB and turn on Audio Source, which is only in developer settings.

Love the simplicity of this app! Since my all in one desktop has separate ports for mic and headphone, I couldn't use regular earphone with built in mic. And computer's own mic picked all the cpu fan noise instead of my voice. Tried many options, but this one works very well. Just connect phone with aux cable to mic port and press the red button! That's it. Just wondering why isn't this app part of OS? Hope the app gets good updates, e.g. keep working even when screen sleeps etc Thanks!

Finally after searching for long got one app what does the same i was looking for... i understand it's difficult to send live audio to phone speaker system. But 5 star for the try. Hope the future version would have more feature and fixes. Kudos to your team and thanks for making this app..

It does what it says, but the programmer doesn't fully understand what resource leaks are and how to avoid them. You can't just assume that the language will clean up after itself. Even Java only cleans up memory. This program is leaking the microphone and speakers. Bummer, because i am a fan of straightforward and simple.

The latency (delay) is terrible - what comes out of the speaker is a whole word behind your voice. I could see places the app could still be used, but for what I was hoping for -a mini amp for my voice while playing an acoustic piano, absolutely useless.

This is a great app. A nice idea though is if you made a widget that looked like the red/black microphone that does the same thing but you don't open the app, since the functionality is just one button on the app anyway

Great app the only one that works. Nuance cancelled their free one for Dragon naturally speaking 15, and this was a perfect replacement. Hint- be sure to put your phone volume on max to increase the pick up range. It's about 2 feet max for me. Same as the dragon microphone was.

Outputs phone mic audio through headset jack. 👍 I needed a mic and found this linked at bottom of another App page. It is extremely minimalist and easy to use. It should have come up in top 3 on original search. Glad I found it.

Works perfectly! Just need a wire and a phone, most if not all bad reviews here are from people that have no idea how to use the app. The wire you need is a 3.5 mm headphone jack to connect your phone to your computer, if you don't have that then this app just wont work. Hell, the instructions are even in the description of the app, grow some brain cells people, come on!

It's a really good app to use. I used it as a microphone for my ps4 with a usb. Only problem is that the audio quality isn't excellent, if it was then I would rate it five stars.

I enjoy this app.. But when i go to close the app after closing the app. It stays on my notification bar and it waste battery and i dont want to keep "Force Stop" ing that app every time🤷‍♂️😔. Could you release a update for a fix please? And the reason why its echoing because you need to go in developer options in your phone and select what you want the usb for?🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️😂 I would rate it out of 5 when theres a update. Thanks 💯

Good app works very well as a mic for my Bluetooth speaker. Only thing is that I have to reduce volume of my Bluetooth speaker to prevent echo. Please add background noise cancellation

I most definitely do not recommend this app. It's just a waste of space, it echoes every single thing. It is horrible I rate it 1 for effort bit do not get this app believe me it is horrible. I used it and it doesn't even mainly here the person in the mic.

Working great, I've used it with audio router app because the output was on speakers (my phone didn't recognized mini jack output to pc as headphones). Used it for 4-6 hours

It's ok, but main voice out put timing delay slightly and so it will better to adding voice output timing control echo and delay adjust controls .I will give 5 stars even add mixer control

Stupid thing if you leave it alone too long it will automatically mess up and glitch. I used it for my PS4 and left it because I was busy now it doesn't even let me talk and it's not my phone making the error.

Tested with various cables which I know work, due to using them wuth other devices, but this app did nothing, none of my programs that are meant to pickup microphones registered it at all.

It is horrible. When you go to function the app, the microphone sound when you turn it on sounds horrifying. The noise is not even your voice. It is just horrible never downloading again.... 😤😤😤😤😤😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡

You can connect the microphone app to the console and you just need a charging cable and software info and click on build number until you get a developer or w developer and pres on it and then scroll down to usb the 2 one and click on audio source then plug the charging cable to your console and put the charging bit in you phone

Sends it back to my ear in my headphones, not my actual speaker on my phone. I heard sounds come out of the speaker that was more ocean-like than screechy. It's nice as a white noise background. Doesn't let you choose which speaker to send sound out from.

doesn't really work with android 9 (pie). app doesn't work with phone on standby even after changing the battery settings.

the app shows what it's supposed to do a last you to talk in speaker or talk to other people it helps me who I my microphones are not working anymore on PlayStation 4 or Xbox so I've been using it just using my charger plug it in and it works perfectly

it doesn't work at all. I used it for a replacement since my mic for my ps4 broke but it only made audio In the instant I turned it on and nothing after. Disgusting

Simple and easy as tapping at the screen. Only if the voice lag could be eliminated.

It has a very very very terrible quality. It's just echoes everything n u can't here person speaking on this mic. It's just a waste of space in your device.

After installed and switch on the mic. Its ringing like a broken mic . The good is its not hurting your ears at all but still useless. Don't installed 😂ㅋㅋ😑
