It didn't work with my earbuds build-inside mic. It just used the phone mic. Although it do improve the quality, but do not cancel external noise. So if only work with phone mic I prefer to use my phone noise filter that improve quality, since phone quality itself is good and clear. I was looking for to adjust Bluetooth mic gain... Still looking for a solution;
Very simple app. But will introduce a lot of noise. 1. Enable amplifier 2. Hit the power button, you will hear your msg tone and if all good will also see the waves bar shift. 3. Increase the audio gain and keep it between 15 to 25. Higher the more noise 4. That's it, don't mess with the mic icons they will simple mute your audio because of hardware capabilities
The app is a really good, it can capture ambient sounds even in the lowest setting. Just a feature for it to work in the backgroud, and this app would be perfect. Add that feature and this review will change to a 5-star rating.
Clearly doesn't work with Discord. My phone has this problem where it doesn't capture my voice properly unless I'm literally right beside it. With Discord, there's just no option to go on handheld so I thought that perhaps I could boost mic volume using this App. Nope. If you plan on using this with Discord's VC, pass!
They should call this app "feed back loop,"... That seems to be mostly what it does. Yeah sound is amplified significantly, but good luck getting rid of the screeches, echos, scratches, and ringing, without lowering the gain back to zero. Seems like this app is about 3 or 4 more filters short of useful.
Had potential... The filter options aren't explained hardly at all. How do you filter out the loud nodes, but keep the quiet/softer noises? Can you even do that? Also it's "volume", not "valume"... or however it was spelled in the really weak instructions.
This app is absolutely terrible. There are no instructions whatsoever that explains how to use it. I'm pretty sure this app said I could call someone or talk to someone and my mic volume would be higher but when I go to another app the amplifier turns off and doesn't do anything. I don't even see a point to using this app. I don't recommend downloading this. It's a waste of time and just a lie. The app does nothing for you. Goodbye.
Use my Droid Turbo smartphone with noise cancelling earbuds can hear 1 mm pebbles as they are stepped on, as a person walks 20 feet away on the concrete driveway. This app useful for bird, animal, movement, very small volume changes in audio environment.
Works. But it randomly starts to play adds during videocalls - thereby stoping the audio gain. Really annoying.
No UI. SO many ads, can't see the controls. No way of knowing how it works. 💩
Often misintreped as apps to increase mic gain. Mic gain does not increase for other apps.
works great & exactly what I was looking for. would be nice if there was an adjustment for static. either way, no complaints 👍👍
amazing app for turning your normal voice into unintelligible static! less good for trying to boost microphone gain, admittedly.
Don't waste your time. You can't touch anything without an ad popping up, and some embarrassing. Uninstalled!
Does anyone remember the iR app that you can play your guitar with your phone with headphones or if you have a bluetooth speaker on and connected you can play your acoustic out loud on it please help id like to find it and download it helpful tip: the icon of the app has the white letter saying iR and behind it has a black background
It keeps asking me to start "Wiretap" first and there is no explanation of what "Wiretap" is, or what I should do to start/get it. There are no instructions.
Doesn't work with other apps. After installing the mic completely stopped working in my discord app. *Don't install this app.
It looks good, but what setting would be ideal if I want to record a concert with powerful bass if I'm about 10 meters from the stage?
I think its the best free amplifier on google play. I try other apps all the time but this ones pretty good. If you know of an app tbat worlks better then let hear it.
It only works in the app. If I exit the app, the amplification stops. When I check if it is running, it still is.
this is an interesting app. definitely adds a lot of gain. but I'm also getting a lot of cratches in the background. the help giude is very inadequate and contains many misspellings that could be easily corrected. i would like ro explore this app more but lack of information makes that impossible. using the filters seem unhelpful to eliminate scratches or i don't know how to use them. developer needs to spend some time explaining the product and how to use.
