Microscope & Light

I wish I had found this app before dropping $20 on one of the cheap microscopes on amazon. This app gives me better detail and magnification, at about 7", than the microscope does at 1". It would be perfect if it came with a good stand to secure the phone. But that's a lot to all for a free app, I suppose. :-) ... the only complaint i have is that the description says it lets you manually focus, but I haven't been able to locate that function. But it might just be my phone (galaxy S5).

Doesn't save the picture. This actually seems like it's be decent at magnifying esp if you hit light switch on the app, the picture gets sharper. It just doesn't save to the gallery. Please fix this! Would love to use this as it does seem to enlarge more than my phone camera does. It's just a little buggy too.

It was perfect..but I got a new phone, on an S9, the negative filter does not work, it immediately closes the app whenever I try to turn it on. (Update, 2020) i see my review from 2018 stands all tall, mighty, and powerful.

This app superseded my expectations! It is the perfect tool I require to successfully identify characteristics to maximize my investment. Im a coin collector and require strong magnification to ensure the coins are genuine and possess marks from when the coin was struck at the mint. Very satisfied user and thanks a million!!

The black/white color inversion button doesn't work and I couldn't find any "help" buttons or settings. Without this feature it's simply a magnifying glass.

I like this app. It's good for magnifying I don't think it's a very good microscope. And when you tried to come in really close he gets blurry.maybe they need to change it to a magnifier than a microscope.

Needs update to run properly. They haven't developed for latest Android. I get message upon opening it that takes me to the install/update menus in the Play store. Crashes everytime I try to use it. Useless until they get it patched.

Good and clean simple app. It zoom in your view can be used to see things that are far and make them closer. Or see small things bigger. Adds are properly located at the bottom of the app's.

It's a good magnifier, my issue is there is no setting to stop it from going to sleep in like seconds. If I'm looking at something I seriously doubt that I will ever be finished in that short of time. Besides that its good.

It zooms more than camera, so it does what it should. any apps claiming to do more will give unclear images. what's the point, zooming so close, but cloudy image. This app does good enough!

It doesnt even have a microscope setting, all we can do is magnify stuff! I downloaded it because all the good microscope are expensive and i didnt want to pay for one! All it does is waste our battery by using the light! Dont download it, its horrible.

The app does not allow preview of the picture taken and autofocuses too fast too often making it hard to take the picture. Misleading arrow on ad thinking your going to a preview area.

This is a decent apps.. The microscopic resolution is like having a microscope. It actually works. The pictures was saving your picture gallery..It stopped saving in gallery. If they fix it.. I would be 5 stars.

Definitely the best free microscope and magnifier app around. The color inverter is super useful. As well as the ability to photograph the object.

Works exactly as I needed it to. It has a bright light and black light to see microscopic things that we can't see with the human eye. You can even take pictures of the organizims. I am using the pictures I took from this app in a court of law to help win my case.

Camera and zoom is ok. Maybe one with a stabilizer? What is your favorite ad that you display in this app? Interesting and practical is my assessment. Thank you for the cool tool.

Best app for coin hunting. Simple easy fast works. Set it on a book at the right height for good focus and it is better then most usb microscopes under $50

I have tested numerous microscope and magnifier apps, this app Microscope & Light is my personal favorite simply because it actually works, and it is simple to use, I highly recommend the downloading and installing of this this app, you will not be disappointed.

Just 2nd day using CAN'T find how to use (settings) ? Cant find pics says in gallery but not. Not even in camera not a clue im giving it another try and you should wait till someone uses it a few days before shoving stars at them as soon as you did maybe you will get better reviews that will be more accurate thank you hoping this works for me.

Out of the the numerous options I've tried, so far, this is the Best magnifying app. Picture clarity remains at increased magnification .

Tried a few usb linked microscope apps gave up trying to get one working with my Veho mic and found this! Much simpler, much easier, works for me.:)

Impressively good, has a very good quality even at full zoom. However I think there should be a flip option

wow really clear image! you should install! but there's one problem . it's not a very high magnification. but it's a good app still. you should install!😋

You cant even see the pictures sometimes. You have to clear the caches everytime what gives. And sometimes it doesn't even show up.

figured it would be nothing more than camera zoom but i wad wrong. excellent clear images and so easy to use.

Need easier access to photos and more accessible buttons but had a lot of fun with my kids with this.

The only reason I wanted this was for the microscope feature. I'm on a Samsung S9 and it crashes upon tapping the option. Fail.

best scope app (out of 13 I have used), as concerns clarity & simplicity, that I have used. Better, even, than some of the purchased apps.

Brilliant app 👍! Very Clear picture of the tiny print on my sd card. The light is off until I need it. Well made app !
