Not sure if it's just an android problem but the schedule from the website doesn't sync with the mobile app. This is a huge thing to me because I want to be able to view it on any of my devices. I will say that I love the website version. It's so easy to use and I rely heavily on it. If there is a way to fix the issue on mobile, I'd definitely rate this higher.
great app, just missing features. the app should notify of changes made to your schedule, not just your time. Include a note notification option. Also would be great if you could see who isnt working that day.
This app only works approximately half the time. And I can never get "Requests" to show up so I can approve them as an admin. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache, restarted my phone, and it does not work.
The "need an account" button asks you to sign in... impossible to create an account. -------------------- Response to Microsoft's reply: If that were true then it would be easy for you to make the app tell us that when we try to make an account. But it doesn't.
Excellent application for shift management, shift change, holidays and weekly off. But I am giving only one star because there is no facility to import shift schedule from defined format in excel sheet.
this app is constantly malfunctioning. now it wont even let me log in anymore. this has been the same experience as most of my coworkers. if I wasnt forced to use it for my job, I would never use it again.
as an employee we're not able to import shifts into any calendars which is very limiting. What's more frustrating is that managers actually have this option so it is an available feature!
Horrible app. When 2 work is 100% better and easier to use. If you don't have to use this app consider yourself lucky

Frustrated. The app is a brilliant tool that multiple users can have access to. It lets me know where I'm meant to be, who else is available and when someone isn't. BUT lately I've had difficulty accessing it. The application keeps trying to load. Even after I've Restarted, Powered Down and Updated. So yes I'm frustrated.
