Couldn't scan the code for my Storm Trooper Combat Troodon. I bought from an authorized dealer and well known website "BladeHQ".
Scan only the barcode portion of the watermark and then fill out the info. Registered. App is super basic, but it works. Includes list to all authorized dealers, too.
This app function flawless, able to register my Awesome D O C...Stay in touch with great link to microtech and local dealers..
My knife is awsome to bad this app doesn't have the same quality as my knife. I'm not going to let that stop me from registering my knife though.

It came from a dealer and the dealer had already used this app to register the knife. It told me it was real but didn't let me register the knife because it was already done by the dealer. I bought a 300 dollar knife and I get this bull$**t
Application worked fine for me I will note that it's not obvious that you need to swipe to the side to finish filling in your information. It does say it in small writing at the bottom but I think this is what is confusing people and generating the bad reviews
Luckily it'll tell you if the knife is legit or not regardless. However, even though it registered my DOC it wouldn't register my Halo V for warranty. At least I know it wasn't money wasted, but I'll have to mail in my registration for my $520 knife.
galaxy s7 edge it crashes everytime i try to scan my code to register my product
After I fill in my personal info and hit submit the app keeps saying Oops you are missing some required fields but everthing is filled out
Does not work with s7 edge...i hit submit and it responds "Error N/A"
We made multiple attempts, on both phones, to register an item purchased and every time, once we scanned the special SKU label and then filled out the info on form, a black box appeared that states "there was an error" with the only option left to push the "ok" in the black box. That took us back to the home page of the app. Item was never registered..Please fix asap..

Why go to all of the trouble to add bar codes and a scanner app and then make you manually enter the serial# and the model#? Then after you enter all of the other fields it tells you "error code n/a" and takes you back to the home screen. Waste of valuable time. Galaxy S6
Just downloaded the app and registered my awesome knife. Entering my info was kind of a pain, as my keyboard covered some things, otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
half the time it says "code found" and then does nothing. the other half it says "sorry could not read code".
I was able to scan the code, but was unable to proceed when it asked my serial number. There isn't a s/n printed on my Zombietech or 20th Anniversary Ultratech.

Pure junk. I tried for nearly 20 minutes to get the app to scan or to even focus or even do anything. Alas it was all in vain, what a shame... Galaxy S6.
