Very basic app...does not show all accounts and has minimal features. Colors are horrible bright white glare...needs more functionality. Should be able to block my debit card from the app if need to. Due for an update. Very very basic mobile banking.
App constantly spins without opening practically every single time you try to open it. They need to find a better source for this app. Other banks apps are way better. Instead of telling users to check for updates on their phone, how about checking for updates on this app. Or better yet finding a new source.
Poor design, the interface is very clunky, you are not given clear information on transactions and gives you no options for anything. The color scheme hurts the eyes with the brightness of a 90% white screen. A Bad app to work with a Bad financial Institution.
It's a great app. Very simple. It would be even better if it allowed fingerprint login for android devices.
Can no longer get into the app. I have to change password for the second time in a month. Not happy.
I have always had good success in using this app. I just wish I could access my checks to view which checks have been paid.

Sick and tired of answering security questions almost every time i log in..Even after using my finger print to sign in. That is absolutely stupid. NOBODY has my finger print. So why am i also answering questions to make sure its me? 🤦😡
Every time I want to see my account information I have to close and reopen the app every time I want to see my information.
looks like something from the 1980s has zero functionality hasn't improved in four years
Used to work great. Now it just throws an error every time I try to open it.

I have no proplem with this acc
It was working great, easy to use. All of a sudden it wouldn't let me sign in at all, keeps saying that I'm not connected to the internet but have checked everything to make sure I'm logged in and have even when to the CU for help and they were unable to figure it out either. If this bug would get fixed it would be a very good app to use.
I like the app for viewing my accounts. However, the mobile deposit only worked for a little while. It has not worked since May. It will not store both pics of front and back of check to allow the deposit to be completed. CU employees have been unable to help. I am using a Samsung Note 4.
This app has been great 5 star performance. But I think you updated me out of the system. Galaxy 3 android 4.1.2
It wouldn't even let me set up an account to view my money
It works well as far as checking balance and seeing if transactions have cleared. But the mobile deposit will not work for me. As soon as I take a photo of the front side of a check, the app says SUCCESS! and then logs me out, not even storing the photo so I can resume where I left off. Disappointed.
