Mid Penn Bank Mobile Banking

This app needs to be updated and tweeked. As a former Riverview client,I was spoiled. Now that Mid Penn took over the app for personal online banking has bugs, lag and limited features. This app needs to be made functional for clients, and the card app should not be a separate . All banking information should be linked and manageable at your fingertips.

This app is not as feature-rich as the the app that was replaced during the acquisition of my old bank. The old app allowed transactions to be tagged and organized by like transactions, plus it had front and back photos of canceled checks. This app meets the standard of "Barely Adequate", which is a shame.

Mid penn back just bought River view. We just have our mortgage with them and they can't read their simple payment statement. They have been applying our principle payment to our interest. This is grade school addition and subtraction and they can't do it correctly! Stay away from this bank for your banking needs.

Riverview had great app, great customer service great phone service. Since Mid Penn took over Riverview Bank customers on 3/2/22 I can't access online, they do not provide balances over phone like all other banks frustrated and annoyed! Their atms do not accept cash directly they use old envelope system. Antiquated systems!

This app is poorly designed, it worked for a week now it does not even open. As far as customer service all you get is busy signals. Time to look elsewhere!

App is a little bit clunky compared to what I had previously with a different bank. It is not as good as it could be. It works, but not as smoothly as it should.

After mid penn bought out river view and switched apps, the app is totally useless. When I open the app I have no ability to do anything. It just opens with the mid penn bank logo and that's it. Trying to get a hold of customer service is a head ache and even when I finally got in contact with them, they said there is no time frame on a solution to fix the issue. What a joke!

I used to be able to use the app, what changed? Now I get an error when trying to sign in, tried calling the number, they can't help. I can no longer sign in to use the app.

Worked initially but now it won't open on S7 since update. Installed multiple times.

Overall app could be much better. One extremely annoying thing is that the app will log me out if I navigate away for not even a min. to use my calculator. I then have to log back in and if it happens too many times I get locked out and have to call in to get unlocked...and if it's after business hours (which is when I usually have quiet time to work on finances) I then have to wait until the IT department is open.

It works now. Still needs some polish, but it is usable.

This bank sucks i had no problems till the new bank took over, ever since then i have had nothing but problems. Ill be swithing banks immediately. The card works for in store purchases where you can physically use the chip. Online it tells me "invalid card info" on everything. Also the bank tellers are condescending and completely useless in helping with the problem.

My bank changed over to Mid Penn and I've tried installing this app several times over the last week and it's just a blue box on a white screen. This is extremely inconvenient as I used my previous banks app all the time with no issue. If this is not resolved soon I will need to change banks due to their awful app.

Had to download this app after my account was moved from Riverview Bank to Mid Penn. The app crashes immediately upon launching, so I literally cannot use it at all. Incredibly frustrating since phone calls to my local branch and to customer service are also not being answered.

Fatally flawed. Won't load on Samsung S7.

Not off to a good start. Coming from Riverview Bank and their app, this is frustrating. 1st, the bill pay option was not included, and now it's activated but just locks up the whole app. SUGGESTION TO MID PENN : USE RIVERVIEW'S APP, RENAME IT TO MID PENN, EVERYONE WILL BE BETTER OFF.

Great banking app! I used this app to deposit a check for the first time today and it worked without any problems! This app allows me to track my account and be aware when bills come out. I can also transfer funds between my checking account and savings account all through this app.

Have not been able to access the app because of it constantly shutting down for 6 days and counting. I called the bank and they said they havent had anyone complain abouit the app the the vendor just did an update and realize that some android users are having issues opening it up since the update. The app was always junkie but this has been ridiculous....Not happy....

Riverviews app was better... Anyways transferred banks, this app is an insult to use and a sorry excuse of what Riverviews was... Bye bye

After having been using the app for a while now it's annoying that when trying to log in I keep getting an error message that an error acurred and I either have to go and back in a million times for it to work or Uninstall and then reinstall it. It's a pain in the butt! Please fix this issue!

I have had this app for a few years. Now all of the sudden it will not open.... I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous time. Still does not work!! Ridiculous!!!!

This app sucks .I can't even open it up. I also was with riverview bank than mid Penn came along and took over they need to do something about this or Im going to look for another bank. I NEED THIS APP TO WORK CAUSE I need to see my bills coming out of my account. Fix this.

Bank got bought by mid Penn. Was told to download this app but have not been able to open it. When called to say something they said to wait. Ridiculous. From the looks of reading reviews this problem is not new since November. Fix it please.

I keep getting a debugging notice telling me to turn off debugging on my phone in order to use the app. I do not have debugging turned on.

Had the app on my old phone, worked fine. Just got a new phone and it won't load. Still working on my old phone though. Go figure.

Always super easy to use, never have any problems other than when there's an update or maybe to much traffic on the app, but no biggie, I normally know what I have in the bank anyway just like to double check sometimes.
