Logging on leads to an infinite purple screen. Updating doesn't work. Redownloading, updating, Clearing cache, Waiting months doesn't work. UPDATE 11/25/20: Nothings change. Purple screen of death every single time. UPDATE 9/17/20: I'm on the re-redownloaded latest version of the app. Its running on the most powerful phone in 2020. I'm getting the exact same glitch as I did on my last phone for the last nearly 6 months.

I have no idea what the app is like because it just sits at a purple screen once I try to open it. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting my phone, clearing my cache partition, still app will not open. 9/17/20 update - I am now able to get in to the app and found that it does have quite a few useful features. You can do most everything from the app that you would have had to do from the website previously.

Ok edit from a reply from Midco I'm bumping up my stars to 3 until my first statement! We'll see after that! Well... I set up my account with a provider I JUST downloaded the app and the sign in screen is STILL "finding" my account 10 min later so here I am looking at the comments and I see I'm not the only one. 🙃 So great... an app that never opens

One thing that drives me crazy is how the payment is set up. Previous months that have been paid are still selectable and payable. It makes it look like you haven't paid the previous months even when you did. Bad design and confusing.

App says error retrieving billing info and won't let me open the page to reboot my router/modem. After about 20 seconds of being in the app, I get a message saying that the Midco app keeps keeps stopping. App worked worked in the past, but now it's unusable.

Seems like this app has a lot of problems after reading reviews... For me my problem is it never lets me in my acc. I have to change the password to the same password I use every time before it lets me in and most of the time that doesn't work either.

It won't load for 30 minutes now it's been on accesssing my account. Really how long does it take to access an account. I've been trying to shop online to get new internet service doesn't work try the app doesn't work midco must be garbage if none of their apps or website doesn't work

Since the so called update, can NEVER login, keep getting errors (forbidden and unauthorized) have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to make sure that I have most recent version and still get same results. This App SUCKS!!

Constantly broken. If it isn't blocking access to my account entirely, it's telling me I have overdue payments, so I pay the same bill 5 times and it just adds credit to my account.

9/22/10 Please fix this app all I get is a purple screen. A company this large should of had this issue fixed right away but by reading the other reviews it has been put on the back burner. Once fixed I will change my rating. 10/31/19 Attempted to use this app again asked customer service for help again got told no one else was having these issues 😅 must be my phone to uninstall restart reinstall still doesnt work. Login and just a blank purple screen.

I used to call in to get me internet reset all the time. Used to work like a charm. Now I have to sit here and reset my router to try and get it to fix itself... Usually ends up in me giving me. It was an electronic voicemail and reset, so why get rid of it? I pay wayyy to much for this kind of internet

I have no problems with the app. but I do on CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT LIVE! In the past I will go live chat and they get back to me quick and did a fantastic job on helping me but now its totally pissing me customer service sucks, I've waited for so long on online live chat and no representative came to help me nor send an operator message, nothing!

For a company this big to have the problems that they've been having with this app and been well aware of the problem since 2016 still hasn't done anything to improve the app or update it and we're all the way in 2019 and people are still saying the same thing that they were saying in 2016 reviews. All the money that the customer be paying for midco and you guys can't even simply fix your app or actually develop it to a good one says alot about you guys and what your priorities really are. Sad

Great when it works but after many months and a lot of troubleshooting with Midco support I am still unable to access my account via the app. It tells me my login is incorrect and locks me out yet I am able to log on via the website with no issues.

POS.. web login fine using any browser on windoze, linux or mac.. This app has never logged in. high-end Android phone, even after factory reset. multiple versions of the app.. and yes app & cell are fully up to date.. So, I will not call a script-kiddy tech support person who only knows how to say reboot or 'sorry'..

App needs to have info on local service issues and outages. Obviously, we can't find info on outages on the web, so the app needs it. The website leaves a lot to be desired, but the app is worse.

User does not exist, kinda strange since I've had midco for over 3 years. So does that mean my services are now free? Ever since the last update I cannot log into the app. Take some of the money from the over priced services & pay someone to fix your app!

Unable to log in. Also they need to allow customers to request their services to be moved to a new location (i.e. apartment) through the portal. We shouldn't have to call for everything if you are providing an online portal with an app.

UPDATE 8/26/20 - App update allows access now without it force closing. Horrendous - and the issue is with services, selecting the the service (Internet) Force closes every time, thus renders this app useless for me.

I can log into the account but when I try to pay my bill, It takes me to the bill pay on the website, which is normal.... however what's not normal is when I put in info to pay it brings me to the login page again!
