Midcoast FCU - Maine

Limited compatible devices. I happen to have two device, one several years old, the other only a few years, and neither one is compatible with the mobile banking app. One device Samsung tab, the other BLU. I have compatibility with over 15 different banks with exception Androscoggin. The app requires broader compatibility for devices.

was fine for years and now can't get even to the point to put my password in. keeps saying server pop problem. rebot as suggested 3 times. uninstalled the app and installed it again and still says server problem so now have to go to there website to login. this has been going on for at least a week. and when app was we working could not deposit a check from my phone like advertised as an option in the app and can not transfer to another account inside or outside of the bank.

Does not work. Will not let me log in even though I have all the requirements (Midcoast Connection, app, etc.). I get to a place where it wants a PIN. I enter my PIN and it continuously goes back to the log in page. Very frustrating!

Worthless. This is an app designed to show you your banking history, that WILL NOT SHOW YOUR BANKING HISTORY. If you don't access it every 30 days, you will not see the activity in YOUR OWN BANK ACCOUNT and there is no way to get it back (as described by the MFCU staff). I am taking my money elsewhere.

this app working great till I updated my android to 9. called the bank and they said they're is comparability issues and they are working on it. that was about 2 weeks ago grrrrr. was so nice to be able to access my account in an instant, now have to log in on the website online through my phone. hopefully soon this glitch will be fixed.

Literally does not work at all anymore. I have Uninstalled then re installed and still same issue. Wont even let me open the app it just blinks the midcoast logo then closes. I have tried many solutions and i have concluded it is the app that is the problem

I have had this app for a couple years no problems, till today. Server off , couldnt get on and then uninstalled and had to re install and set all back up again, not impressed.

having log in trouble. was working fine until this morning. now I can't even get past the log in page. it just keeps saying there's an error and to try again later.

Has performed as expected over the lifespans of several devices, despite pesky requests for me to update for your convinience,(rather than mine). No. You cant have any more permissions. Stop asking.

updated the app and it's working great again <3 thanks for the reply when the update was made, I wouldn't have thought to check anytime soon otherwise.

Was great till my Samsung 9plus updated and now the app doesn't work and only prompts me to reboot my phone which does nothing.

S20 plus update, app won't load. Please fix!

MCF is one of the best banks I have ever done business with. I walk.in they know me by first name...nice to be recognized. All that work there,the one in Edgecomb are exceptionally nice ! ❤my credit union ,Thanks Ladies !!!

I can't download the app for some reason.

Have been trying to sign in for over a week now. The pin doesn't work nor does my password. I type in the pin and the app "stops working". Have requested help Numerous times with no assistance or reply back. Not a great app when you can't even get into it...Coming up on ONE YEAR LATER and same exact issue. NEGATIVE STARS.

Does not work after upgrading phone to Android 9.0 (PIE). Cannot login. Getting error: Service is temporary unavailable. Please reboot your device and try again. I did with no love, Also uninstalled and reinstalled, with no love. This was a great app until I updated phone to PIE a couple nights ago.

This app is no good I had to uninstall it twice and it still would not let me log in. Not worth the head ach

So easy to use and when the credit union isn't open to transfer funds or pay on loans it's simple and easy. Best app ever!
