Worked great till it updated. Now it wont even open. No help from the bank because they 'don't deal with the app'. If it worked it would get 5 stars because it's so easy to use. As it is, the lowest I can give is 1 star. It doesn't even deserve that.

Always liked this app, but now it will not even open. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Just crashes before opening.

For the longest time this was a hassle-free no-nonsense good app on the phone here recently all of a sudden it's not working, it tells me to look for the current updates, (none found) so I deleted the program reloaded it and deleted it and reloaded in of course it's still not working like it used to, or better yet not at all, I do not know if it's the phone or if it's a program itself. It's a shame before all this it was a very easy app to use a very good app highly recommend it.

Worked without any issues for many years. We switched carriers and now it isn't working AT ALL.. Uninstalled/reinstalled many times. Just sits with logo and white screen and crashes. Local bank wasn't aware until I called to see what's going on. Come to find out the lady I spoke with, her app wasn't working either.

Constantly glitching out, won't let me login.

Nothing is working on it! Been using this for years and now all of the sudden i cant access anything. I have to use the website to check everything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, i do 100% online banking and now i can't. Ill be switching banks after 13 years if this isnt fixed soon.

I definitely love being able to just click on the midcountry for me app and then exactly everything that was spent how much money is in there but also very happy I can also control how much anybody can spend during a day as well as how many miles away from here there and just and then of course which places can it be sent so I'm and all customers with this app can really take control of their banking and also is it really really good to have had it before three or four years now

Works great to check what's in your accounts. You may think you have steady hands to take pictures to make deposits, but in all likelihood you won't have steady enough hands for this app. It will always reject it until about the 45th attempt.

I think it's my phone. Android Samsung AE-10 just had an update last week, since then this bank app will not open. I tried deleting it and re-installing but it does the same thing. Before that it was fine.

It would be rated much better but the stupid app opens MAYBE 1 out of 10 times. Very frustrating when it tells you to call for assistance 😒 If I wanted to call I would have started there.....what's the point of having the app if you can't use it?

App stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still doesn't work. Bank says maybe my phone is too old, which is less than 2 years old. They do not have a technical support phone number either that they would give me. Very disappointed.

this app is broken, 80% of the time I try to log in it tells me theres a problem connecting to my account. Probably better places to bank, with better online banking. Update: they've flooded their ratings with bots instead of just fixing it. These guys suck.

This app worked pretty good for many years and now the app didn't work no matter how many times you uninstall it or restart it. Why wouldn't someone switch banks if this continues? Please fix app with an update.

The latest update crashes everytime I am in the app. It won't allow me to click into my transaction history. This is very frustrating.

They only seem to care about business accounts so good luck getting any help

I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED! I cannot use the app at all as it MAKES ME UPDATE. My phone cannot take on the amount of info to update. I am a VERY, VERY LIGHT USER OF APPS. I want my mobil bank app as it was😰😭😢

Never had an app that fails, crashes or be unavailable this often. It's honestly the worst app I've used in any bank. Good thing my branch is decent otherwise I would leave this bank over the app issues.

Easy to use & works well. I haven't had very many issues at all using this app & I use it often. Mostly user friendly & helpful

Does glitch occasionally. Not constantly and typically at night. Great app when it's working!

As of a few days ago after a phone update my app doesn't work says I have no data and hmm I have unlimited data so after reading other reviews guessing it's midcountry app but will soon find out

I liked the old style better, but the functionality is still great. midcountry is a very good bank.

This is a surprisingly useful app. I really enjoy the 'at a glance' feature for checking your budget

It will not open on my OnePlus 6 after the Update to Android Pie. This last Android update has broken a Handful of apps for the OnePlus 6.

All of a sudden it has stopped working. Very frustrating.

This app is fast, accurate, and provides a light to avoid any shadows.
