A convenient app to know your account detail. However the Android app (at least on my phone) doesn't work for mobile deposit. The camera doesn't focus automatically, causing the check can't be properly recognized. The BoA mobile app works perfectly on my phone, thus I believe the app has to invoke the "focus function" specifically for assurance. Other minor problems for mobile deposit include: if focus is on the "amount" field, the keyboard should automatically switch to numeric mode. Camera doesn't have flash light icon, render check deposit feature useless if not enough background light.
Easy log in. Finger print log in setup was easy too. Was able to deposit a check for $25 the same day I opened my account as a reward/ promotion at account opening. Friendly staff also helped make sure that I was able to use the mobile banking app before I left the branch.
