Mobile deposits, forget it. It worked okay at first, but now each check deposited requires the navigation through an error and retry on almost every step. From hangs to cannot be null errors to timeout errors, you name the error and this app has it. Each check deposited produces at least 2 errors minimum. That, plus a spinner that spins 30, 40, 60 seconds before the next error. Errors on image uploads and on each page. The app also won't let you sign out on certain errors.
This app is horrible. The mobile deposit feature never works well. I have to take the picture of both the endorsement and the front of the check multiple.times in order for it to work. It usually takes several days of trying and most times it never accepts the pictures. This app is infuriating! The only reason I continue to try is if I can't mobile deposit then I need to take someone with me to the bank because of the bylaws of our organization. Please fix this!
Every time they do a big update on the app I have to re login all my usernames and passwords then they have a system issue or it doesn't recognize it and I have to sit on hold for a long time have them reset it and then start all over again. Worst banking app I've ever used.
The app worked for 6 months. Then it wanted me to reauthenticate. It now keeps asking for a mobile number and then states number is already in use. Now I cant access my business account. Support is not able to assist. When attempting to use mobile to log in to normal website the IP address is blocked. No app and no browser access. Otherwise everything at the local branch is awesome.
Outdatted app. The Midfirst Branches are beautiful, but everything else about this bank seems like it was found in a bank equipment surplus store. Also, the meta-rating for this app is incorrect, the graphic summarizing reviews shows that there is more than one 5⭐ review and at least one 4⭐, however when looking through the comments the highest rating is a 3⭐. The true average is 1.3⭐. If my business received 1.3⭐/5⭐, and I did nothing to remedy this, then customer service is not my priority.
Completely unusable. Doesn't recognize login information, and when it does, none of the features work.
This is the best app. Easy to use for all your banking needs.
I hate this app so much! It locks me out every few months. Such an inconvenience.
Don't bother if you enrolled via the personal mobile app. The same phone number can't be used across apps.

Can only see half of the screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and still didn't work. Called Midfirst and got NO help there. I really need to be able to deposit from my phone. PLEASE FIX! Or take it off the market!
Horrible app. No biometric log-in, requires you to put in your business ID EVERY TIME! I installed it, but honestly it is much less of a pain to just go to the website... and that site in and of itself is a hassle. - The bank itself is nice, and the people friendly... but their ability to incorporate technology is reminiscent of the '80s.
