Not sure what's going on but I'm unable to login to my account via the app. It gives me an error that says "please enter a valid ID and password". My password is saved in my phone via Samsung Pass so my password and username are not incorrect. I can login via the website just fine. I think it's an app issue. Loved the last update and look of the app but I would like to access my checking and savings information. It has been a week.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Like right now... it's down. A major issue I have is the limited timeframe you can go back to see or find transactions. It should definitely beat a minimum a year instead of only a few months. When the mobile service does work, it's fine but definitely could use a better app.

It is so irritating ! Never remembers my password even after a change it and put in the exact same one, transfers feel impossible and help is so hard to find, the only way I get in is by getting it wrong so many times they have to verify me and only then can I get in.

This app is such a garbage. I am not able to access my account after I successfully reset my password (which was not possible few days ago.). I can't use the fingerprint login like many of my apps after my Pixel 6 updated recently. I reported it to the bank but she wouldn't even bother to report this incident to the engineering team. What's the point of having an app in my phone if I don't access my account from it?

Everyday I always have problems with it. From just glitches across the board to not even being able to log in. Hope they fix the app soon! It should be super easy to complete any online banking, but sadly it's not.

Right now, for some reason the app won't let me into my account, everytime i try to log me in, it takes me to a page that says, "Enter: please enter a valid user id and password." At first i could just delete the app and redoenload it but now its just not letting me do that either and i really do need to check me account.

I'm really tired of having to have a verification number sent to me every time I log in. I have my fingerprint set up for a reason. Super inconvenient and extremely annoying.

Um, the update said that they now allow you to use Touch ID to login to the app but every time i tried to enable this feature, the app always crushes but everything else works fine.

Unable to login now. Keeps saying wrong user ID and password. I'm deleting and reinstalling to see if this helps. It seems I'm not the only one with this issue.

It does let you check your accounts and transfer money between them, but the mobile deposit feature doesn't work. It won't accept the photos of your checks and will make you repeat the entire process just to get told you need to redo it again. the app isn't that bad, but when one of the core features doesn't work and you have to click out of ads all the time... yeah 2 stars.

I have been repeatedly disappointed with both this credit union and this application. It's temperamental, and despite it remembering your information, you still have to delete it all from the text boxes and reenter it in otherwise it will not recognize it as a valid login entry and lock you out of your account. Help desk hours are limited, which means if you're locked out outside of normal calling times, then you're out of luck. This could've been executed far better, honestly.

Not sure if it's the app or the online banking, but it's constantly needing to text me a verification code in order to access my account. Not transferring money from my account to linked accounts, even after saying it was a successful transfer. I'm extremely close to closing the account altogether due to the online banking, and the insufficient or low balance fees! A credit union that's beginning to be as crappy as Bank of America and Wells Fargo!!

So.... The look is GREAT!!! Buuuuuuuuuuut, when you go to Pay-A-Person and click on ANY selection in that list the app freezes and just sits and loads. Not good because I use that part of the app a lot. I doubt it will be fixed fast since I have wait for 2 YEARS for them to fix the issue of sending me a code to enter EVERYTIME I LOG IN FROM THE SAME PHONE! But, good job on the look of it. It really does look better.

I don't know what's going on with the app, since end of last month I can't log in. It crashes, Uninstalled and re-download it back now it juat crashes. Think there dev team needs to get on the ball here and fix the issue of what ever is conflicting. Also they really do need to get up to date with the app. Chase, BOA etc... are blowing them out the water.

Easily the worst online banking app I've ever used. This app needs a SERIOUS overhaul. From it's overall appearance looking like an app from a time where apps first started being made to it's terrible functionality and how difficult it can be to navigate, this app is not user friendly at all. In the 9 years I've used it, the app has had maybe 5 updates through the store. Also, being met with a 2 step authentication challenge every other time I open the app is excessive. Needs finger print login.

Making payments in the bill pay requires that you spin a wheel to select a payment date. It should show a calendar. If you pick a Saturday or Sunday it will kick you back to start over the whole payment. If it had the calendar it would be easier to schedule payment and eliminate the frustration of starting over because you selected the wrong day off the week.

The app often doesn't transfer funds from my checking to pay my loans through the app and I'll end up being late even though it gives you a confirmation that the transfer is pending I'll check days later just to find out it didn't do it. Now I check everyday until the funds actually transfers and will often end up having to redo the transfer and screenshot each confirmation just to be safe. Please fix bug.

I check my balance on my accounts at least once every day and with this app it makes it so frustrating and tedious. It states that it doesnt recognize my device and needs to send me a code. I'm about to switch banks just because I need my account accessible multiple times a day and getting a code sent EVERYTIME is unacceptable. Also, it doesnt show pending deposits like other banking apps do which are much more user friendly and accessible.

The app just stopped working on my phone. when I try to unlock the app to login the screen goes to a light blue color and just sits there and does nothing. Tried deleting all the data and reinstalled several times to no avail. Called Mid Florida for support and they can not figure it out. Told me to use the website instead. Like I said the app was working fine and just died why can't you figure it out?????? Maybe I will switch banks because of this. very poor technical support.

Previous versions of the app allowed me to use a password manager to autofill passwords and also I could use a fingerprint reader to log on with those options seem to have gone now and I struggle to remember my password and log on. This app is now a complete pita :( I end up having to reset my password a lot. It might be time to find another bank.

This app is so far out of date when compared to any other banking app that I have used, from its appearance to the general use of the application. I dread opening this app everytime I have to go check my account balances or make a payment. One of my biggest complaints at the moment is that this app will not allow LastPass to autofill my password. I have to open the LastPass app, copy the password, then paste it into this app. Please update to look and feel like a modern app.

Love the app and very easy to use. Would like to make a suggestion. I have a Capital One app and they have the option when signing in to use a swipe pattern instead of putting in your password. It's more secure and easier to use. Like to see that option in the next update.

I use Samsung pass for every other banking app I have and this is the only one I consistently have problems with. It's more common for me to have an issue signing in (either with the Samsung pass or with midflorida requiring a code even though I use the same device every single time) than it is for me to log in without any problems. I've had this app for 3 years now and it's always the same thing. Really thinking about switching to a bank that's more mobile friendly.

Worst banking app out there. Terrible user interface. No notifications when transactions are made, you'll never know if there's money being moved in your account. Gives you a good reason to switch banks though.

This new update is terrible 😡 never wants to connect says there is an internet issue when there is absolutely no issue on any other site and have full signal. I HATE this app I am so frustrated with it that I am considering changing banks with as better app because you can't log in to the regular site correctly either due to the same issue. This is a major issue.
