Kudos to Madhav Vaidyanathan for publishing his app as open source.
This patched version supports four additional features:
1) Volume control per track in 10% steps.
2) Left/Right control per track in 5 steps.
3) Metronom ticks
4) associate mime type "audio/midi"

BUG? The photos in here show Settings screen with Measures repeat ...but this app doesn't have have such and can't open from folder like the old version, so less functions than the original version. The score is smaller, better for tablet.

Flat refuses to run on current Samsung. Whines about being for an older version of Android. I guess you either need to recompile it or version lock it.
Works well, maybe add an option to remove the keyboard and just see the sheet music.
Not sure what you patched, but it didn't work for me on an LG phone in late 2020
doesnt provide an option for opening non preset midi files

Literally does nothing.
Fantastic app by this Tamil guy given free to this world user. We need the notation prompt scroller to go in sync with the music. Its lagging a lot from the music. Please fix this issue to make it more usable for practicing younger kids and newbies.
The only issue is: judging from my attempts to pinch, you can't zoom in to see the score in a larger size. (The original app could zoom.) Still, it's just awesome how this generate sheet music from MIDI files automatically.
Hi, could you fix the lyrics when in vertical scroll. Some of the lyric not in correct position.
the metronome feature would have been great if I could have gotten it to work. It would have been the icing on the cake.
You will have to patch the patch. It plays just gran piano. Cant pick any other instrument or other clef either. I want to hear the tunes played by a classical guitar and in trouble clef
I searched all over the notation apps and this is the only one with midi import plus a decent interpretation of the values.

Song setting lost (so the measure repeation is also lost), wrong tempo, very slow even when max tempo is set, wsitch between hide and show nagigation bar is useless and a pain on tablet
Access to settings menu lost. It now appears impossible to access the settings. Please fix this
I play violin, guitar, etc. This is my FAVORITE app for me to learn to read sheet music.

Pretty decent and full of features. How to load new midi files should be made more obvious but the help covers that. If you want to zoom choose vertical scrolling. Shame that the bass clef is not "visually" transposed an octave higher (for real bass instruments, not piano).
The app works great, and every instrument is there except for drums. Why won't the drums load and it won't show the sheet for drums
Stupid. You can't open your own midi files onto it
Works well on my S8, synth sounds fine and the lyrics are displayed in the right place. Only problem is the size - the lyrics are barely readable. Notes are OK but could be bigger. An option to change font size would help a lot.
